Recently, good news came from the Phase III precision machinery manufacturing expansion project of Hubei Yuanlan Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Yuanlan Machinery”) located in Dangyang, Hubei.
The project has added a new die-casting production line, and the overall progress is going smoothly. The progress has reached 70%, and it is expected to enter the trial operation stage in mid-June.

The person in charge of the construction of the project introduced that the waterproofing work of Building 1 has been completed and imitation porcelain construction is under way; Building 2 is advancing waterproofing; the roof waterproofing of Building 3 has been completed, and the door and window installation and floor construction have been completed simultaneously; the painting process of Building 5 has been completed, and the floor construction has been accelerated. All node tasks are advanced as planned to ensure a smooth trial operation before June 15.
As a key industrial project in Dangyang City, the Yuanlan Machinery Phase III precision machinery manufacturing expansion project will start construction in June 2025.
After the production is put into operation, it will have the ability to produce 450 units (sets) of precision machinery per year, and the order volume of core products is expected to increase by more than 25% compared with 2025.
At the same time, it can simultaneously achieve an annual production capacity of 220 million pieces of stamping hardware, 560 sets of molds, 14,000 pieces of filters and other electronic products, and 2,500 tons of industrial profiles. The new annual output value can reach 140 million yuan, injecting strong impetus into the growth of the local industrial economy.

Yuanlan Machinery is a national specialized and special new “little giant” enterprise, with a total of 5 invention patents and more than 30 utility model patents, with a total of 47 patents.
The company mainly produces high-precision CNC machine tools, optical inspection equipment, electronic production equipment, and professional equipment engaged in industrial software development.
Its products are not only widely used in many domestic fields, but also exported to Japan, South Korea, Europe and the United States and other markets.
As a core enterprise under Jianglan Group, Yuanlan Machinery has been engaged in precision machinery manufacturing for more than ten years.
The company’s independently developed fully automatic CNC blade grinding machines have annual sales of more than 400 units, with annual sales exceeding 100 million yuan. The products are widely used in precision processing, electronic manufacturing and other fields, and are exported to Japan, South Korea and European and American markets. Domestic customers include well-known manufacturing companies such as Shenzhen Chiyao Electronics and Beijing Hongan Tianrun Technology.
The third phase of the precision machinery manufacturing expansion project promoted this time is a key step for Yuanlan Machinery to increase precision manufacturing and improve the layout of the industrial chain.
The project planning and construction period is 9 months. The core construction content includes the new standardized factory buildings, modern office buildings and R&D centers. At the same time, it focuses on the layout of four core production lines-forming machine production line, mold production line, stamping production line and die-casting production line.
As a core new component of the project, the launch of the die-casting production line marks Yuanlan Machinery’s official entry into the field of precision die-casting, focusing on the R&D and production of lightweight die-casting parts such as aluminum alloys and magnesium alloys. The products will cover new energy automobile parts, high-end equipment structural parts, electronic precision die-casting parts and other scenarios. With high-precision and high-stability die-casting processes, it meets the core needs of downstream customers for lightweight and high-strength parts, filling the company’s production capacity gaps in the field of precision metal forming.
