For example, in December 2025, the General Administration of Customs issued the “New Round of Measures for Customs Support and Services in the Construction of the Hengqin Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone” to support the development of cross-border e-commerce business.
This measure supports Hengqin Cooperation Zone in developing cross-border e-commerce “online shopping bonded 1210” business, promotes the application of electronic payment of import taxes, promotes and improves supporting management systems such as commodity traceability systems, improves customs clearance facilitation, and effectively promotes the development of the cross-border e-commerce industry in Hengqin Cooperation Zone.
Provinces and cities have also actively responded to national policy plans and made specific plans for the development of the local cross-border e-commerce industry to support the stable development of the local cross-border e-commerce industry.
For example, the “Hebei Province Industrial Cluster “Shared Logistics” Action Plan” released by Hebei Province has expanded logistics services such as “dedicated lines + local distribution + home delivery installation” and “local distribution + cross-border e-commerce”.
This expansion of logistics services can better meet the transportation needs of cross-border e-commerce, improve logistics efficiency, and reduce logistics costs, thus promoting the development of the cross-border e-commerce industry in Hebei Province.
The “Several Measures of the Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone on Accelerating the Construction of a Comprehensive Bonded Zone for New Productivity” issued by Beijing City uses the method of “cross-border e-commerce + exhibition display + experiential consumption” to expand the industrial product consumption market.
Use international exhibitions such as the Service Trade Fair and the World Robot Conference to support inbound exhibits to achieve a new consumption paradigm of “exhibition-to-translation”.
This innovative consumption model can attract more consumers to participate in cross-border e-commerce consumption and further promote the development of Beijing’s cross-border e-commerce industry.
In addition, my country also supports cross-border e-commerce of traditional Chinese medicine in building overseas warehouses.
The construction of overseas warehouses is of great significance to cross-border e-commerce of traditional Chinese medicine. It can shorten delivery time, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the competitiveness of my country’s traditional Chinese medicine in the international market.
With the continuous improvement of my country’s cross-border e-commerce policies and the active response of various provinces and cities, my country’s cross-border e-commerce industry will usher in broader development prospects.
In the future, my country’s cross-border e-commerce is expected to occupy a more important position in the global market and make greater contributions to my country’s economic development.
