On the morning of September 5, the 2025 (74th) Autumn National Hardware Fair and the 8th China (Linyi) Pump, Valve and Motor Fair (hereinafter referred to as the Autumn Fair) opened grandly at the Linyi International Convention and Exhibition Center.
This Autumn Fair is hosted by China Wujinjiaodian Chemical Industry and Commerce Association and jointly organized by Beijing Jinyi Youlian Exhibition Co., Ltd., Shandong Fried International Exhibition Group, and Zhejiang Qianshan Cultural Communication Co., Ltd.
The exhibition area of this exhibition reaches 70,000 square meters, with 3,319 international standard booths, attracting 1,627 exhibiting companies. The participating companies and the scale of the exhibition have reached a new high since the Autumn Fair settled in Linyi.
Many representatives of chambers of commerce, leaders of Linyi City governments at all levels and relevant units, industry leaders, and leaders and guests such as presidents and secretary-generals of hardware merchants associations from more than 30 provinces and cities across the country attended the meeting and toured the museum together.
The Autumn National Hardware Fair has been held for 73 consecutive sessions. It has a profound historical background and is known as the “Congress” of the hardware industry with its extensive industry coverage and high brand recognition.
Since settling in Linyi in 2017, it has been cultivating this fertile ground for the hardware industry for nine consecutive years.
In order to empower the high-quality development of the hardware industry and help companies release market value, this Autumn Fair closely follows the development trend of the industry and creates multiple highlights in multiple dimensions.
In terms of scale, a double improvement in scale and grade has been achieved.
The newly added prologue hall of Hall 1, the outdoor exhibition area on the west side of Hall 1 and the outdoor exhibition area on the east side of Hall 2 not only ensure the steady growth of traditional exhibition categories, but also further consolidate the industry exhibition pattern of “Shanghai Spring Expo in the south and Linyi Autumn Fair in the north” through the integration of the entire industry chain, the exploration of new growth points and the expansion of new categories, and build a broader brand promotion and trade exchange platform for hardware and electrical machinery companies.
It attracted many provincial hardware and electrical machinery chambers of commerce and domestic and foreign associations to participate in the exhibition.
The exhibition scope covers the entire upstream and downstream chain of the hardware industry chain, including 12 major categories and more than 200 small categories of products such as hand tools, electric tools, pneumatic tools, and mechanical equipment. All standard booths are fully decorated, highlighting professional quality from visual presentation to functional layout.
Many leading companies in the industry presented their core products to showcase cutting-edge technological achievements and innovative development potential in the hardware field.
In terms of overseas services, we focused on the core needs of enterprises to “expand overseas sales” and carefully created two major special activities.
The “Hundred Groups and Thousand Enterprises Mall Going Global – Empowering Hardware Enterprises to Sail Overseas” event held on September 5th brought together a number of cross-border e-commerce practical experts to help enterprises solve problems in the entire foreign trade process from multiple dimensions, promote hardware enterprises to expand international markets, and enhance foreign trade competitiveness.
The “Alibaba International Station Hardware Industry Cross-border E-commerce Development Forum” opened on September 6 will bring together cross-border e-commerce platform operation experts and senior industry practitioners to share practical content and help companies break through the limitations of traditional foreign trade.
This Autumn Fair adopts an online and offline dual-core exhibition model. The offline exhibition displays cutting-edge products and technologies in the hardware field, adding strong momentum to expand domestic demand and stimulate industrial consumption.
Relying on the accumulation of industry exhibition data online, the hardware and electromechanical industry resources are integrated to create the Autumn Fair mini program “Handheld Hardware” to provide exhibitors with 365-day online display and supply-demand docking throughout the year.
At the same time, through real-time on-site live broadcasts of exhibition tours and live pictures, buyers who are unable to be present can fully appreciate the grand event and products on display in the cloud.
On the afternoon of September 5, the second Hardware Industry Innovation Growth Digital Forum was held as scheduled, aiming to solve the current problems of widespread product homogeneity and complex supply chain management in the hardware industry, and to build a communication platform for the hardware industry to explore innovative growth paths and achieve sustainable development.
In addition, this Autumn Fair will deepen the integrated development of “exhibition + tourism”, link up with many 4A/3A tourist attractions in Linyi City, and launch preferential policies for attractions for participants.
