On May 15, the 16th China (Guangrao) International Rubber Tire and Auto Parts Exhibition opened grandly at the Shandong Guangrao International Expo Center.
With the theme of “Global Manufacturing, Guangrao Service”, this exhibition closely focuses on the main line of development of high-end, green, intelligent and international, with the deep integration of manufacturing and services as the core, and carefully creates an international high-end industrial platform integrating product display, technical exchange, trade docking and service empowerment, aiming to activate new productivity through service-oriented manufacturing.
As a leading, highly professional and influential industry event in the global rubber tire industry, this exhibition has an exhibition area of 55,000 square meters and more than 800 planned booths.
The exhibition has eight exhibition areas for tires, wheels, machinery and equipment, raw and auxiliary materials, auto maintenance, auto parts, tire retreading, lubricants and others, covering the entire industry chain and all categories.
It is worth mentioning that the innovative service-oriented manufacturing exhibition area of Guangrao Tire Industry covers five major sectors: R&D and design, digital intelligence empowerment, testing and certification, financial services, and project services. Led by the rubber tire “industrial brain”, it has built a closed loop of service ecology to provide enterprises with full-chain services.
At the same time, three thematic exhibition areas have been set up: new energy tires and auto parts, green manufacturing and circular economy, industry, academia, research and application, and future technology, to accurately connect the development trends of the new energy industry and the needs of the “double carbon” strategy.
In addition, in the first AI smart exhibition area, leading digital companies such as Huawei and Inspur will appear together with industrial AI solutions to promote the deep integration of artificial intelligence, big data and the entire tire manufacturing process, and empower the digital transformation of the industry through digital technology.
At the same time, the exhibition held a series of activities such as the 2026 Shandong Rubber Tire Industry Service-Oriented Manufacturing Innovation and Development Conference and the Shandong Rubber Tire and Auto Parts Brand Overseas Promotion Conference.
Through expert lectures, policy interpretation, achievement sharing, negotiation and docking, etc., it has opened up collaborative channels for industry, academia, and research, and comprehensively driven the service-oriented and digital-intelligent upgrading of the rubber tire industry.
The global industry agglomeration effect of this exhibition continues to be highlighted. The number of exhibitors of enterprises with innovative advantages such as intelligent manufacturing increased by more than 10% year-on-year. More than 50 of the world’s top 75 tire companies and the world’s top 500 companies gathered in Guangrao.
Internationally renowned brands such as Bridgestone and Continental, leading domestic tire companies such as Sailun, Linglong, Pulin Chengshan, and Jinyu, as well as leading industry chain supporting companies such as Rishang Group, Jingu Wheel, and Xingda Steel Cord, appeared on the same stage, displaying the cutting-edge achievements of the global rubber tire industry.
The exhibition attracted professional buyers from more than 70 countries and regions around the world, with more than 150,000 visitors, becoming a core bridge that links global resources and promotes pragmatic cooperation.
As an important rubber tire manufacturing and export base in the country, Guangrao County has built a complete industrial chain from raw material supply, technology research and development, production and manufacturing, inspection and testing to recycling.
Based on the industrial foundation, the local government vigorously promotes the transformation of service-oriented manufacturing, deeply integrates service links such as R&D and design, customized solutions, and technology output into the entire production process, realizing the leap from “production-oriented manufacturing” to “service-oriented manufacturing”.
For example, Hongsheng Rubber customizes and develops dual-purpose tires for the palm oil transportation scene in East Malaysia, launches special snow tires for high-latitude areas, and opens up overseas markets with precise customized services; Huasheng Rubber jointly researches with scientific research institutes to develop new energy tire silent and wear-resistant technology, and exports technology and standards overseas to achieve an upgrade from product exports to technology overseas; Guangdong
Rao County Rubber Tire Product and Material Quality Inspection Center provides CNAS and SASO mutual recognition testing services, providing efficient and convenient quality assurance for corporate exports; Yongsheng Rubber has built an Industry 4.0 smart factory with a digital control rate of over 95% of core equipment. Relying on digital control and full life cycle traceability systems, production efficiency and product stability have been greatly improved.
At present, Guangrao County has formed an efficient and coordinated “20-kilometer supporting circle”, with a local supporting rate of 75%, a CNC equipment rate of key tire enterprises reaching 90%, and more than 70% of the main equipment reaching the international advanced level.
In 2025, the county’s rubber tire export volume will be 24.37 billion yuan, accounting for 15.1% of the country and 26.6% of the province.
The production capacity of radial tires is 196 million units, and 8 companies have been shortlisted for the top 75 global tires. They have been selected into the national small and medium-sized enterprise characteristic industry cluster and the advanced manufacturing cluster in Shandong Province.
