Starting from this, Xuri Mining Machinery has been awarded the recognition of “High-tech Enterprise” and “Shandong Province Specialized and New Small and Medium-sized Enterprises”, and will be awarded the title of Industrial Design Center in 2024.
At the same time, it has fully passed the three system certifications of quality, environment and occupational health and safety management, and has self-operated export rights, laying a solid foundation for its products to enter the global market.
Revolving around the core operation process of underground mines, Xuri Mining Machinery relies on its two independent brands of “Xugong Mining Machinery” and “Cangxiangren” to build a one-stop product matrix covering the entire process of rock drilling, blasting, mining, transportation, and service assistance, covering seven series and more than 30 models.
Among them, the RU series of trackless manned vehicles and blasting equipment transport vehicles equipped with wet braking technology have become the first choice for equipment upgrades of domestic and foreign mining enterprises due to their safety and reliability.
Xuri Mining Machinery has also created a “competitive product” for the special working conditions of Binhai ultra-deep gold mines – a small and medium-sized intelligent anti-corrosion underground scraper.
This product has a rated load of 4 to 7 tons and a bucket capacity of 2 to 3 cubic meters. It is specially designed for deep mining environments of more than 1,500 meters.
Facing the operating conditions of coastal mines with high salt, high humidity and strong corrosion, Xuri Mining Machinery has comprehensively innovated from materials to processes, achieving marine-level anti-corrosion and intelligent electronic control full sealing protection for the entire machine.
This loader performs well in coastal gold mineralization belts, has reached in-depth cooperation with domestic mining giants, and its market share continues to increase.
In 2024, this product will contribute approximately 106 million yuan in operating income to Rising Sun Mining Machinery, with a market share of 14.9%; in 2025, operating income will increase to 129 million yuan, and the market share will increase to 17.2%. In 2026, it will be awarded the “Strategic Cooperation Brand of the “Brand China” column”.
In May 2025, Shaling Gold Mine of Laizhou Huijin Mining Investment Co., Ltd. and Xuri Mining Machinery launched the “Underground Scraper Anti-Corrosion Technology Upgrade and Renovation” scientific research project. After 10 months of research, the country’s first high-anti-corrosion special scraper was delivered in March 2026.
The joint team implemented upgrades in four aspects: materials, structure, electronic control, and operation and maintenance. The pressure redundancy of high-pressure oil pipes was increased by 15%, and the electrical failure rate is expected to be reduced by 70%, providing a replicable technical path for deep wells with high corrosion environments.
In the context of the transformation of the mining industry to “intelligent, efficient, safe and environmentally friendly”, Xuri Mining Machinery has integrated new energy technology and 5G+ intelligent systems into product research and development, established R&D experimental centers in Zhaoyuan, Shandong and Tongxiang, Zhejiang, and established industry-university-research cooperation with many universities and scientific research institutions.
From being completely dependent on imports to exporting in large quantities, it took only eight years for Xuri Mining Machinery to make mining machinery a “Made in China” banner.
