Luoshi Robot: full matrix layout opens a new journey to the global market

中国多关节机器人市场迎来高速增长,珞石机器人凭借全矩阵布局脱颖而出。其营收高涨、毛利抬升,具身智能成新引擎,业务覆盖全球40多个国家和地区,有望向世界输出中国智造新方案。

China’s multi-joint robot market is ushering in a new round of rapid growth cycle.
According to relevant reports, China’s multi-joint robot market has reached 22.5 billion yuan in 2025 and is expected to grow to 41 billion yuan in 2030, with a compound annual growth rate of 12.8%.
Among them, the collaborative robot market is growing at a particularly significant rate. It is expected that the market size will reach 11.1 billion yuan in 2030, with a compound annual growth rate of 30.7%. During the same period, the flexible collaborative robot market has a compound annual growth rate of 32.0%.

In this high-prosperity track, Luoshi Robot stands out by virtue of its rare positioning as “the only domestic company that can mass-produce industrial robots and collaborative robots at the same time.”
In terms of sales volume, Luoshi multi-jointed robots ranked third among domestic manufacturers in the Chinese market and seventh among global manufacturers in 2025; in the fields of flexible collaborative robots and light-load industrial robots, Luo Shi ranked first in China with market shares of 47.0% and 5.8%.
Since 2023, Luoshi has become the fastest growing company in sales among major domestic multi-joint robot manufacturers for three consecutive years.

In terms of revenue, Luoshi Robot has performed well in the past three years.
Prospectus data shows that from 2023 to 2025, the company’s revenue climbed from 267 million yuan to 522 million yuan, with a compound annual growth rate of 40%; the year-on-year growth rate in 2025 was as high as 60.4%, far exceeding the industry average.
Behind the growth is the increase in the proportion of standardized machine products and the continued optimization of the revenue structure.
In 2023, the sales of Luoshi Robot’s complete machines will only account for 68% of total revenue. By 2025, the proportion of complete machine revenue will increase to 78.6%. The batch shipment of standardized industrial, collaborative, and embodied robots will bring stable and replicable revenue streams.

In terms of gross profit margin, Luo Shi has also emerged from the independent market.
Comprehensive gross profit margin jumped from 11.4% in 2023 to 21.9% in 2024, and stabilized in 2025.
Among them, the gross profit margin of flexible collaborative robots increased from 21.9% to 34.8%, and the gross profit margin of industrial robots also increased from 14.9% to 21.6%.
Although the comprehensive gross profit margin of the current financial period has not been fully released due to the impact of early supply chain stocking costs, there is still room for upward flexibility in gross profit margin as the cost of localized procurement of core components drops and the proportion of high-margin collaborative products increases.

In terms of losses, if “paper losses” unrelated to operations are excluded, the adjusted net loss has narrowed significantly from 101 million yuan in 2023 to 41.67 million yuan in 2025, and the three-year loss has shrunk by more than 60%. This means that Luo Shi’s “bleeding” speed has slowed down significantly, and the losses are mainly due to strategic investments, not low operating efficiency.
Combined with its market position, Luo Shi has entered the eve of large-scale profitability, and the profit turning point is clearly visible.

In terms of product matrix, Luoshi has built a complete product matrix covering the three major fields of industry, flexible collaboration, and embodied intelligence.
Industrial robot products are divided into three categories: light load, medium load and large load according to load. In 2025, the revenue of this product line will be 225 million yuan, accounting for 43.1% of total revenue.
As the only domestic robot brand, Luoshi has settled in the core injection molding workshop of Xiaomi’s smart home appliance factory to help build a “black light factory.”

Flexible collaborative robots are Luoshi’s differentiated weapon.
China’s flexible collaborative robot market size is expected to reach 5.2 billion yuan in 2030, with a compound annual growth rate of 32.0% from 2025 to 2030.
In 2025, this product line will generate revenue of 138 million yuan, accounting for 26.5% of total revenue.
Luoshi is the first company in the world to apply full-joint force control technology to collaborative robots and achieve mass production. Its products have achieved a 6% increase in yield and a 15% reduction in overall operating costs at Foton Cummins’ “black light factory.”

The embodied intelligent robot business has the most imagination.
In 2025, this product line will generate revenue of 47.01 million yuan, accounting for 9.0%, and has become a new growth engine.
As of the Latest Practicable Date, Luoshi has received firm orders for over 10,000 embodied intelligent robots.
Nearly half of the top ten embodied intelligent robot companies in China are using or have switched to Luoshi humanoid robotic arms for product iteration.

The core of Luoshi’s ability to quickly lock in position on the embodied intelligent track comes from the key breakthrough of “force-controlled joints and humanoid force-controlled robotic arms”.
Its self-developed HSA high-precision integrated force control joint realizes full-range force sensing in every joint, and its force control bandwidth and dynamic response speed greatly exceed traditional terminal solutions.
The matching AR series humanoid force-controlled robotic arm adopts a 7-degree-of-freedom bionic structure + crisscross wrist, which can reproduce the movement trajectory of the human arm at a 1:1 ratio and has become the basic hardware required by domestic humanoid manufacturers.

In terms of technology, Luoshi has an independent research and development technology system with xCore robot control platform and embodied AI model training platform as the core, covering the entire chain.
As of the Latest Practicable Date, the company has obtained 185 registered patents and 45 pending patent applications, and is the first domestic robot manufacturer to obtain 21 TÜV functional safety certifications and IEC medical certifications.
An open ROKAE+ ecosystem platform has also been built.
From 2023 to 2025, R&D expenditures will be approximately 59.4 million yuan, 54.2 million yuan, and 65.5 million yuan respectively. In 2026, investment will be increased in the direction of embodied intelligence.

In terms of globalization strategy, Luoshi’s business has covered more than 40 countries and regions around the world, serving more than 1,000 customers, and established a sales network that combines direct sales and distribution.
Overseas revenue will increase from 38.2 million yuan in 2023 to 46.6 million yuan in 2025, and the gross profit margin of overseas business is significantly higher than that of domestic business.
As of the latest practical date, there have been more than 42,000 confirmed orders globally, with another 19,000 intended orders pending.
Luoshi has also gone deep into downstream scenarios to build scenario competitiveness, such as reaching a strategic cooperation with Shantui Co., Ltd. to expand application boundaries.

Relying on a complete product matrix, underlying self-developed technology and collaborative channels at home and abroad, Luoshi is completing its identity transition from a domestic segment leader to a global intelligent robot player. It is expected to export China’s new intelligent manufacturing solutions to the world in the wave of intelligent manufacturing and embodied intelligent industrialization.
