In the early 1990s, Shanghai Tire and Rubber (Group) Company (later renamed Shuangqian Tire Group) was jointly established with Shanghai Chint Rubber Factory. In May 1992, it became the first listed company in the domestic tire industry.
Double Money Tire has four major production bases (Jiangsu, Chongqing, Anhui, and Xinjiang) with rich and diverse products, mainly including all-steel radial truck tires, light truck tires, engineering vehicle tires, and industrial vehicle tires.
, agricultural radial tires, semi-steel radial passenger tires, bias truck tires, light truck tires, engineering industrial tires, etc., which are supplied to more than 30 automobile manufacturers including CIMC, Zhengzhou Yutong, Xiamen Jinlong, and Volvo.
Double Money Tire has a wide range of sales and is sold to more than 100 countries and regions. After more than 20 years of intensive development, the European market has become its vital overseas strategic position.

Sailun is still the only Chinese face in the top ten of the list, with its brand value soaring 36.9% to US$1.239 billion (approximately RMB 8.4 billion).
Behind Sailun’s sustained high growth is its long-term persistence in independent innovation.
The company was born at Qingdao University of Science and Technology, known as the “Huangpu of China’s Rubber Industry”, and has created many firsts, including the first domestic enterprise to independently develop the world’s largest 63-inch giant engineering tire (2009), the world’s first rubber industry Internet platform “Rubber Chain Cloud” (2020), etc.
The “Liquid Gold Tire” it launched broke the “Devil’s Triangle” law that tire rolling resistance, wet skid resistance and wear resistance cannot be improved at the same time.
Sailun is also the first Chinese tire company to “go global” and build overseas factories. It has successively deployed in Vietnam, Cambodia, Mexico, and Indonesia, and the construction of its production base in Egypt is progressing steadily.
Up to now, it has planned annual production capacity of 11.1 million all-steel radial tires, 62 million semi-steel radial tires and 110,000 tons of off-highway tires. It is the Chinese tire company with the largest overseas production capacity.

Michelin was founded in Clermont-Ferrand, France in 1889. Its business covers all tire categories including passenger cars, commercial vehicles, engineering machinery, and aviation. Its products are sold to more than 170 countries and regions around the world.
Sales in 2025 will be 26 billion euros, with tire sales of 185 million units, a year-on-year decrease of 4.7%. Sales pressure mainly comes from the North American truck and bus and agricultural tire original equipment markets.
In the late 1980s, Michelin officially entered the Chinese mainland market and currently has two major factories in Shenyang and Shanghai.
Among them, the Shenyang factory, which was established in 1995, has an annual production capacity of more than 17.1 million units and is the group’s largest and most advanced high-end tire manufacturing base in the world.
In August last year, the silent tire technical transformation project with a total investment of 110 million yuan was completed, and the silent tire production capacity jumped from 1.3 million units/year to 5 million units/year.
