Changsha’s “Jisujia” platform solves smart home consumption and installation problems

6月5日,长沙智能家居服务中心推出的“极速家”智能生态平台正式启动,该平台直面行业痛点,打造智能家装服务闭环,解决消费者“不敢买、装不了”等问题。

I spent 20,000 to 30,000 yuan to install a set of smart lights, but half a year later the app couldn’t connect to the device; the kitchen water leak alarm didn’t go off, and I couldn’t find it when I contacted the property management company or the brand… This is not a fictional joke, but a real “smart pit” encountered by many families.
Now, this problem has a systematic solution in Changsha.
On June 5, the “Speed Home” intelligent ecological platform was officially launched.
Launched by the Changsha Smart Home Service Center, it faces the three core pain points of lack of industry standards, opaque prices, and difficulty in after-sales maintenance, and creates a closed-loop smart home improvement service that integrates design selection, shared labor, construction delivery, and consumer rights protection.

Talk directly to the pain points of the industry: from “dare not buy” to “use with confidence”

“In the past, people had many concerns about smart homes: they were afraid that the brand was unreliable and the system was unstable.
There are no standards for the industry, and they are also afraid of high prices and no one to care about after-sales.
” Luo Yumei, secretary-general of the Changsha Construction Decoration Industry Association and founding director of the Changsha Smart Home Service Center, said in an interview that to make consumers feel confident about consuming smart homes, the trust issue must be solved systematically.
The answer given by “Jisujia” is: transparent price, quality assurance, standardized service, and worry-free after-sales service.

Currently, the platform has completed the integration and launch of more than 30 high-quality brands covering intelligence, lighting, audio-visual, HVAC and security monitoring in Changsha. All products are clearly marked with prices, and consumers can complete the entire case selection and implementation online, no longer “the more they read, the more confused they become.”
What’s more important is the after-sales service.
The platform will release the “Changsha Smart Home Industry Integrity Management and Service Standards”, which clearly requires settled companies to: respond within 48 hours after sales, provide electronic products with a warranty of no less than one year, and set up a special mediation channel for consumer rights protection.

“Consumers only need to search the ‘Quick Home’ applet through WeChat to easily enter the platform and enjoy full-chain smart home services from product selection to after-sales.” Luo Yumei emphasized: “Consumers can approach the service center to safeguard their rights if they encounter any problems. We can not only mediate, but also substantially undertake – whether you purchase online or offline, in the long run
You can find a place to solve technical problems everywhere.
”

The first “shared employment”: solving the problem that small and medium-sized decoration companies cannot install or repair.

There is also a hidden pain point in the smart home industry – small, medium and micro decoration companies and studios generally do not have cross-brand and cross-system delivery capabilities.
A set of plans may involve lighting, curtains, security, and HVAC. With different brands and different agreements, many people can’t take the order, or even if they do, they can’t do it well.

To this end, the “Jisujia” platform has innovatively launched a “shared employment” mechanism.
The professional confidence of this mechanism comes from the rigorous training and certification a month ago.
In May of this year, Changsha’s first batch of 50 certified smart home technicians had just officially graduated from Changsha’s smart construction “211” digital talent training program, and had also become the first batch of professional forces under the platform’s “shared employment” mechanism.
This means: in the future, when you install smart devices in your home, it is likely that a professional master with a “certificate” will come.

At present, after individual application and central review, a group of experienced and skilled certified technical elites have been officially included in Changsha’s smart home technician talent pool.
All warehousing personnel have passed systematic training and strict assessment, and have comprehensive delivery capabilities covering wired and wireless, multi-brand, and multi-system.

Luo Yumei introduced that the talent pool has three major responsibilities, including participating in the training of new students and accompanying internships, unifying and polishing delivery standards, and providing technical services to various brands in the entire industry through a shared employment model.
How to use it specifically?
Installation companies can use the platform to match technicians nearby to complete project delivery, and the charging standards are open and transparent; certified technicians can use the platform to undertake installation and commissioning orders from B-side enterprises or C-side users.
A small company no longer needs to maintain a full-time intelligent engineer to complete complex projects.

Luo Yumei revealed that currently, this model is attracting traditional building materials practitioners and plumbers to join, continuing to inject talent momentum into Changsha’s smart home industry.
The platform has also built a full life cycle support system from technical training to independent store opening. Students can solidly master skills through long-term companionship, free refresher training and real project practice.

Focus on existing housing and age-appropriate housing: you can “become smarter” without smashing the walls

Compared with newly renovated households, Changsha still has a large number of households with existing housing. They have lived in the house for several years and do not want to make a big move, but they also want to enjoy the convenience of smart homes.
Faced with the huge demand for renovation of existing housing, the “Quick Home” platform focuses on the aging-friendly micro-renovation scenario.
Luo Yumei introduced that for the home safety of the elderly, the platform has launched “smart kitchen” and “smart bathroom” solutions that include emergency calls, gas leakage detection, sleep data collection and automatic ventilation.

Technically, lightweight processing has also been done: using wireless single-fire switch panels, battery-powered equipment, etc., the intelligent upgrade of old houses can be completed without damaging the original hardware as much as possible.
“Now, the technicians who provide door-to-door service are certified, warehoused, and traceable, so the children of the elderly can feel more at ease.” Luo Yumei added, “Let technology truly benefit people’s livelihood, rather than tormenting people – this is a concept that the platform has repeatedly emphasized in the stock housing scene.”

Feedback from the first batch of settled companies: The platform solves the “last mile” problem

The person in charge of one of the first smart lighting brands to join the platform said: “Previously, we often faced the problems of difficult cross-brand debugging and slow after-sales response in small and medium-sized projects. ‘Quick Home’ has helped us build a standardized local service network, and customer satisfaction has been significantly improved.”

Industry insiders pointed out that the launch of this platform marks the evolution of Changsha’s smart home industry.
“Single product intelligence” has taken a key step towards “whole-house interconnection” and “ecological co-construction”.
Through standards guidance, talent support, supply chain integration and after-sales support, the market is shifting from price war to value competition.
“Let people happily consume smart homes and enjoy the wonderful experience brought by smart life – this is our unchanging goal.” Luo Yumei said.
