In the field of industrial automation, joint robots and Cartesian coordinate robots have become the mainstream models in the current market due to their wide adaptability and strong practicability, and their overall market share remains high.
Different from the current situation where the core components of joint robots still rely on imports, the Cartesian coordinate robot control system has already completed a highly localized iteration. Domestic professional manufacturers have become the main force in the industry. Xinrui Electronics is one of the benchmark companies in this high-quality segmented track.

Xinrui Electronics was established in 2008. It is one of the earliest companies in China to carry out research and development of industrial robot control systems. It focuses on the research and development, production and sales of industrial robot control systems and components, servo systems and components.
After more than ten years of intensive technological development, the company has obtained a total of 58 authorized patents. It has strong technical research and development capabilities and has been successfully rated as a national-level specialized and innovative “Little Giant” enterprise. It is undoubtedly a highly competitive manufacturer in the field of domestic industrial automation core components.
Relying on years of technology accumulation and continuous R&D investment, Xinrui Electronics’ current core products focus on Cartesian coordinate industrial robot control systems and drive-control integrated control systems, and continue to expand the product matrix. The research and development of joint robots and collaborative robot control systems have entered the prototype testing stage.
A complete industrial robot is mainly composed of four major modules: the body, the control system, the servo system, and the reducer. Each of them performs its own duties and cooperates to ensure the stable operation of the robot.
Among them, the control system is equivalent to the “brain” of the robot, and the servo system is its “power heart”. These two core components directly affect the robot’s sensitivity, operating efficiency and operational stability, and are the key to the robot’s high-precision automated operations.
In the past, these two core areas had extremely high technical thresholds and difficult research and development, and were monopolized by overseas companies for a long time. Now they have become the core track for the domestic robot industry to sprint towards domestic substitution and break through technical bottlenecks.
At present, Xinrui Electronics has built a product system integrating software and hardware. The core products cover complete sets of industrial robot control systems, integrated drive and control systems, stand-alone control systems, servo systems and other categories. It has completed the upgrade and iteration from single controller products to integrated products with controllers and servo drives.
Its products are widely used in CNC machine tools, electronic intelligent manufacturing, industrial robots, medical care, textiles, logistics and many other fields, with rich downstream application scenarios and broad market coverage.
From 2023 to 2025, the sales volume of Xinrui Electronics industrial robot control systems reached 38,700 sets, 67,800 sets, and 84,400 sets respectively; the shipments of drive and control integrated control systems were 23,400 sets, 55,900 sets, and 74,200 sets respectively.
In the field of injection molding robots with core advantages, it is estimated that the domestic injection molding machine output in 2024 will be 300,700 units. In the current period, Xinrui Electronics’ industrial robot control system sales reached 64,000 units, occupying the leading share in the domestic injection molding machine robot market segment.
Relying on the continuous improvement of product competitiveness and the expansion of downstream market demand, Xinrui Electronics’ operating performance has grown steadily in the past three years.
From 2023 to 2025, the company’s operating income will be 204 million yuan, 301 million yuan, and 318 million yuan respectively, with a three-year compound growth rate of 24.96%; the net profit attributable to the parent company will be 30.966 million yuan and 55.2637 million yuan respectively.
yuan, 59.0482 million yuan, with a compound growth rate of 38.09%; net profits after deducting non-recurring gains and losses were 30.2631 million yuan, 54.2601 million yuan, and 57.7930 million yuan respectively, with a compound growth rate of 38.09%.
Xinrui Electronics expects to achieve operating income of 389 million yuan in 2026, a year-on-year increase of 22.22%; net profit attributable to the parent company in 2026 will be 65.0394 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 10.15%; net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses will be 64.9988 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 12.47%.
