As a decoration practitioner, I opened a small decoration company myself and worked in Zibo for five or six years.

The person in charge introduced the company to me. It was established in 2018. It is a medium-sized enterprise with its own R&D, production, sales, and construction teams. It has a considerable annual turnover. Its services cover Shandong and surrounding provinces and cities, and it has cooperated with many engineering teams and customers.
As a peer, I knew right away that there are not many local companies that can integrate R&D and production and have their own construction teams. This is hard power.
After that, I went several times, some to inspect materials, and some to connect specific projects. Each time I felt different, but overall I recognized it.
Let’s talk about materials first. They independently develop and produce dozens of materials such as polymer waterproofing membranes, polyester plastic waterproof coatings, reflective insulating waterproof coatings, interface agents, anti-alkali agents, brick-breaking leak-proofing materials, waterproof mortars, etc., covering roofs, exterior walls, basements, kitchens and bathrooms, pools and other scenes, with a complete range of categories.
I have seen their testing equipment in the laboratory, and I can do material performance testing myself to ensure that the quality of each batch of materials is stable, and there will not be a batch that is good or a batch that is bad.
The material is environmentally friendly, has no pungent odor, meets green building material standards, and is suitable for use in residences, schools, and hospitals.
Let’s talk about the plan and construction, this is what I value most.
Many waterproofing companies I have worked with before just messed around when they received the job. They did not check the condition of the base layer or find the source of the leakage, and just applied paint directly. As a result, problems occurred soon after.
Shuibike is different here. Whether it is a small home decoration or a large project, we will first conduct a free home inspection to carefully understand the grassroots conditions, causes of water leakage, and usage environment, and then design a one-on-one plan without blindly increasing prices or wasting materials.

In terms of after-sales service, they provide warranty services, the project warranty period is reasonable, regular return visits, proactive inquiries about usage, and quick door-to-door handling of problems if they arise, without shirk or delay.
This is very important to our decoration company. We no longer have to worry about owners coming to the door because of waterproofing problems, which reduces a lot of after-sales troubles.
In the past six months of cooperation, we have taken on several home improvement waterproofing projects and a small factory building waterproofing project. From material supply to construction, everything went smoothly.
