This technology targets the core R&D difficulty of balancing controllability and comfort in the current tire industry, breaks the performance bottleneck of traditional asymmetric treads, and provides a new technical path for the upgrading of tire products for global commercial vehicles, passenger cars, especially new energy vehicles.
According to public patent information, the asymmetric tire tread rubber authorized this time includes multiple functional structural layers of tread rubber, base rubber, shoulder rubber and conductive rubber. The tread rubber is specially divided into two partitions: outer tread rubber and inner tread rubber. The outer rubber compound formula focuses on grip and control stability, and can adapt to complex scenarios such as intense driving and slippery roads.
For driving needs, the inner rubber material focuses on vibration filtering and comfort, greatly reducing the vibration transmitted to the car from road bumps. With the conductive rubber structure that runs through the tread, it not only meets the static electricity export needs of new energy vehicles, but also makes the core performance of the tire such as dry and wet braking and steering response better than traditional asymmetric tread products. It can adapt to complex road conditions and diverse use needs in different regions around the world.
