Zhengzhou City has made remarkable achievements in actively cultivating new foreign trade formats. By building a cross-border e-commerce industrial park, it has provided one-stop services to help “Made in Henan” sell well around the world.
In the logistics center of Zhengzhou Cross-border E-commerce Industrial Park, a busy scene comes into view. Packages full of artificial flowers and holiday supplies are being quickly sorted and packed, and will be sent to dozens of countries including Germany and Italy through China Post International Logistics.

Zhou Ruijuan, general manager of Henan Yichou Trading Co., Ltd., said that since January, the company’s daily orders for simulated flowers have stabilized at around 1,000 orders, and orders have been queued into April.
However, before this company settled in the park, it had repeatedly encountered obstacles due to problems such as poor foreign trade channels and lagging information.
Zhou Ruijuan mentioned that the most important thing in foreign trade is the information gap, and the park helps them connect with cross-border platforms such as Amazon and Temu, and has dedicated personnel to synchronize platform resources and rules as soon as possible, which gives companies a lot of peace of mind.
As a cross-border e-commerce demonstration base in Henan Province, the industrial park integrates innovation and entrepreneurship incubation, supply chain services and other functions.
It provides enterprises with full-chain services from office and warehousing to customs declaration and logistics, helping enterprises to travel lightly and focus on operations.
Ren Huiying, general manager of Henan Yingberry E-commerce Co., Ltd., said that the early-stage park not only provided “zero rent” warehousing, but also helped them connect with high-quality manufacturers in the province to help achieve full-link control from product selection to delivery.
Wang Jiyuan, general manager of Zhengzhou Yuanqing E-commerce Co., Ltd., also said that the company has more than 10,000 categories of light and small items. The warehouse here is flexible and the delivery is convenient. Packing and shipping can be completed in the same building, which greatly saves time and costs.

In the park’s e-commerce incubation center, weekly cross-border special training was held as scheduled.
Experts from platforms such as Amazon and AliExpress interpret rules and analyze trends on-site to provide practical guidance for companies going global.
Zhang Ke, a lecturer at the Henan Provincial Cross-Border E-Commerce Association, pointed out that the recent sales of wigs on the TK (TikTok) platform have remained high, and plans can be made in advance to expand sales.
Liu Hui, secretary-general of the Henan Provincial Cross-border E-commerce Association, said that the association will link major cross-border e-commerce platforms and carry out special training and resource docking; at the same time, focusing on emerging markets such as Russia, the Middle East and Southeast Asia, it will share operational strategies to help companies find the right way to go overseas.
A complete industrial ecology continues to release agglomeration effects.
More than 100 cross-border e-commerce companies have settled in the park, with more than 90% of entrepreneurs born in the 1990s. It has also incubated more than 20 companies with annual sales exceeding 100 million yuan.
Qin Xubo, president of the Henan Provincial Cross-border E-commerce Association, said that in the next step, he will continue to build platforms and gather resources. On the one hand, he will deepen corporate training and consolidate the foundation for development; on the other hand, he will actively organize docking activities such as “Yupin Going Overseas” and “Cross-border E-commerce + Industrial Belt” to help companies connect with domestic and foreign markets and the entire industry chain resources, and contribute to the high-quality development of cross-border e-commerce in the province.
