According to Zhending’s announcement, on June 9, June 15 and June 16, two of the company’s subsidiaries successfully completed three machinery and equipment transactions, with a total transaction volume of approximately NT$3.321 billion.
The first is Qingding Precision Electronics (Huaian) Co., Ltd., which was active in this equipment procurement.
It purchased equipment from NANJING TA LIANG TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD., with a total transaction value of approximately NT$1.05 billion.
NANJING TA LIANG TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. is Nanjing Dashida CNC Technology Co., Ltd., which is a subsidiary of Dashida Technology Co., Ltd.
A large amount of technology is headquartered in Bade District, Taoyuan City, Taiwan, China. It is mainly engaged in the manufacturing of semiconductor product testing equipment, PCB equipment and CNC engraving and milling machinery.
This purchasing behavior will help Qingding Precision Electronics further improve its production capacity and technical level in related business fields.
In addition, Qingding Precision Electronics (Huaian) Co., Ltd. also purchased equipment from AMPOC FAR – EAST CO., LTD., with a total transaction value of approximately NT$1.046 billion.
Through this purchase, the company can enrich its equipment types, optimize the production process, and lay the foundation for improving product quality and production efficiency.
Another subsidiary, Liding Semiconductor Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., is also actively involved in equipment procurement.
It purchased equipment from TAKEWIN INTERNATIONAL (HK) LIMITED, with a total transaction value of approximately NT$1.225 billion.
This purchase is of great significance to the development of Liding Semiconductor Technology in the semiconductor field and will help it keep up with industry development trends and enhance market competitiveness.
It is worth noting that the above three transactions were approved by General Manager Zhending.
