The equipment evenly penetrates the fibers through saturated steam to ensure rounded sock openings and sock tips, and long-lasting shape without deformation. It has the advantages of efficient shaping and low energy consumption, and the batch production efficiency is increased by more than 25% compared with traditional equipment.
The fully automatic point molding machine adopts a multi-station rotary cycle design, which can realize precise point molding operations of PVC, silicone and other materials. It is used for anti-slip on the bottom of socks, pattern decoration and brand logo printing. The production efficiency is as high as 500-1600 pairs/hour.
