On the morning of January 26, Yanfeng District held a significant special meeting on the development of the smart home industry. This meeting is an important measure for Yanfeng District and Hengyang State Investment Group to jointly research, discuss, deploy industrial development, project planning and design, investment promotion and other work.
Wang Yan, secretary of the district committee, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Wei Chunsheng, deputy secretary of the district committee and district mayor, presided over the meeting.
At the beginning of the meeting, the district government, together with Hengyang State Investment and other relevant units, listened to reports on the progress of preliminary work such as land acquisition and storage, and disposal of historical issues.
At the same time, the planning and design unit and the Municipal Home Furnishing Association also gave a detailed introduction to the overall development of the smart home industry, preliminary planning and design plans, and investment plans.
This series of reports and introductions laid a solid foundation for subsequent discussions.
The participants conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions around key issues such as project planning, industry positioning, development model, functional layout, investment operations, and integrated development.
Everyone expressed their opinions and actively made suggestions for the development of the smart home industry in Yanfeng District.
After listening to the report and discussion, Wang Yan, Secretary of the District Party Committee, emphasized several important development directions.
First of all, we must adhere to safety as the basis, scientifically formulate implementation plans for “demolition, modification, and retention” and explore intensive paths such as “industrial upstairs” to maximize the value of space.
This means that in the process of industrial development, safety factors must be fully considered, land resources should be rationally utilized, and space utilization efficiency should be improved.
Secondly, we must adhere to the industry-oriented approach, proactively lay out digital infrastructure, refine functional divisions around the goal of “the most dynamic smart home pilot site”, and form a clear list of supporting industries.
This requires that in industrial development, we must keep pace with the times, focus on the application of digital technology, and clarify the focus and direction of industrial development.
Finally, we must insist on integration, coordinate the five major elements of “production, sales, culture, tourism, and business”, plan annual brand investment activities, and realize the transformation of tourists into customers, visitors into users, and products into commodities.
Through this integrated development model, the influence and market competitiveness of Yanfeng District’s smart home industry can be further enhanced.
It is reported that the Yanfeng District Committee and District Government have conducted multiple rounds of negotiations with Hengyang State Investment, Municipal Assets Regulation Bureau, Municipal Land Reserve Center, Heng Textile Machinery Company and other units in the early stage.
All parties have worked together to make breakthroughs around the blocking and difficult issues in project advancement. At present, a district-level special team has established a normal working mechanism of “weekly scheduling, ten-day consultation, and monthly investment promotion” to effectively ensure the efficient and orderly advancement of the project and fully promote the early implementation of the project.
The development prospects of the smart home industry in Yanfeng District are worth looking forward to. I believe that with the joint efforts of all parties, it will inject new vitality into the local economic development.
