Recently, Difeng Rock Drilling (Tianjin) Mining Equipment Co., Ltd. officially settled in Xiqing Economic Development Zone.
As the first complete vehicle manufacturing base established by Qinhuangdao Difeng Rock Drilling Equipment Co., Ltd. in Tianjin, the implementation of this project marks the “zero breakthrough” of Xiqing District’s first mining equipment complete vehicle manufacturing project. It will not only add “hard core” strength to the regional high-end equipment manufacturing industry, but will also further promote the agglomeration, upgrading and chain development of the energy and mineral equipment industry cluster in Xiqing District.
Enter the new factory building located at No. 10, North Road, Xiqing Economic Development Zone, the modern production area with a total area of 4,236 square meters has entered the equipment debugging stage.
It will carry the entire process of small tunnel mining equipment such as rock drilling, anchoring, mining, and prying trolleys, as well as the research and development and vehicle production of core components such as spiral swing cylinders.
As a national high-tech enterprise and a provincial-level specialized small and medium-sized enterprise, Difeng Rock Drilling has more than 50 patents, including 14 invention patents. Its products have been successfully used in major national strategic equipment fields such as the Chang’e lunar landing stabilization device and nuclear submarines.
Difeng Rock Drilling has created a number of “domestic firsts” – the first domestic mature small tunnel mining equipment supplier to solve the problem of manual replacement of small tunnel mining; creatively developed the first domestic pneumatic rock drilling rig, which significantly reduced the cost of enterprise procurement and use of equipment, and increased the popularity of the equipment; the first domestic machine used at altitude
The rock drilling rig on a plateau above 4,500 meters has successfully solved the technical problem of high altitude and thin air causing equipment to not work properly; the country’s first three-arm rock drilling rig has broken the long-term technology monopoly of developed countries; at the same time, it has established a standardized construction process for domestic rail mining, achieving multiple uses in one machine, and improving construction efficiency by more than 30%.
The company also created its own brand “TOTTOR” hydraulic spiral swing cylinder, filling the gap in key components in the country.
Its products have been widely used in leading domestic mining companies such as Shandong Gold, China Gold, Hunan Gold, and China Minmetals.

we also often organized industry chain companies to exchange management experience, allowing us to quickly integrate into the local industrial ecology.”
Currently, Xiqing Economic Development Zone has built two major industrial chains: smart mining and deep-sea exploration.
Difeng Rock Drilling focuses on the R&D and production of complete rock drilling rigs, filling the gap in the “complete vehicle integration” link, and will effectively drive the coordinated development of upstream structural parts, hydraulic systems, intelligent control systems and other links, forming an industrial closed loop of “complete vehicle + core components + supporting services”.
The project focuses on leading products such as rock drilling rigs, anchoring rigs, mining rigs, and prying rigs, which exhibit the “three highs” characteristics of high growth, high added value, and high technological barriers, and will inject new momentum into the high-quality development of the regional economy.
The settlement of Difeng Rock Drilling is a typical case of Xiqing continuing to optimize the business environment and promoting the “from zero to complete” leap in high-end equipment manufacturing.
