On the evening of April 16, Xinjie Electric (603416), one of the main forces in the domestic industrial automation control field, handed over an annual report card with steady progress.
In 2025, the company achieved operating income of 2.014 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 17.87%, reaching 2 billion yuan for the first time; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 254 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 11.21%; net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses increased by 16.40% year-on-year.

From a business structure perspective, drive systems are the largest source of revenue.
During the reporting period, the sales revenue of drive products reached 1.019 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 26.39%, accounting for 50.72% of total revenue.
The rapid growth of this segment is due to the company’s continuous efforts in the field of servo systems – it has now formed a product matrix of three major categories and eight sub-series, including small-volume servo, PROFINET bus servo, and low-voltage servo. The independently developed DS6 and DS5 series servo systems are matched with MS6 and MF5 motors, covering the diversified needs of traditional manufacturing and emerging industries such as photovoltaics and lithium batteries.
Fajia business PLC products still maintained steady growth, achieving sales revenue of 708 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 9.16%, accounting for 35.21%.
The company continues to consolidate the technical moat of programmable controllers and has built a product line covering 6 categories, 25 sub-series, and a total of more than 400 models covering I2C series controllers,
Human-machine interface products achieved sales of 205 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 5.21%.
Its two series of products, TS and TG, use Linux systems and are equipped with efficient A7 processors. The proportion of localization is gradually increasing, and they remain competitive in market segments such as industrial touch screens and text displays.

The most eye-catching thing is the intelligent device (robot) business.
This segment achieved annual revenue of 68 million yuan, soaring 64.96% year-on-year, becoming the fastest growing business unit.
Xinjie Electric’s layout in this field has far exceeded the scope of traditional industrial robots, covering many cutting-edge directions such as machine vision platforms, industrial robots, core components of humanoid robots, and embodied intelligent robots. The core components all have independent intellectual property rights.
It is worth noting that the company has invested in Changchun Rongde Optical Co., Ltd., a technology company specializing in photoelectric encoders and sensors. Encoders are a key component of robot servo control. This investment further strengthens the company’s core link in the robot industry chain.
In terms of production capacity layout, Xinjie Electric won the right to use approximately 55,000 square meters of industrial land during the reporting period, which is planned to be used for the construction of robot intelligent drive and control system production projects.
This project is not only an extension of the main business, but also provides physical support for the company to expand the robot industry.
In terms of R&D investment, the company continues to maintain high-intensity investment, with annual R&D expenditure reaching 199 million yuan, accounting for 9.90% of operating income.
At the same time, the company plans to use 154 million yuan of raised funds to invest in the construction of marketing outlets and product display centers. It plans to build and upgrade 3 exhibition halls, 4 finished product warehouses and 21 offices to strengthen its own brand promotion and channel construction.
Overall, Xinjie Electric is accelerating its transformation from a traditional PLC leader to a technology-based enterprise with a two-wheel drive of “industrial control + robots”.
In the future, with the continuous development of various businesses and the continuous improvement of layout, Xinjie Electric is expected to achieve even better results in the fields of industrial automation and robotics, injecting new vitality into the development of the industry.
