In today’s industrial field, a wave of automation is approaching.
The pace of “machine replacement” in the manufacturing industry continues to accelerate, and the automation rate of welding, handling, and assembly stations has increased significantly; new energy industries such as lithium batteries, photovoltaics, and automobiles have a strong demand for new production lines; at the same time, domestic servo and PLC are gradually replacing foreign brands such as Siemens and Yaskawa with their high cost performance.
These factors jointly promoted double-digit growth in new orders signed by industrial robots and industrial control equipment factories year-on-year.

First, let’s look at the field of industrial robots and core components, which will directly benefit from the increase in installed capacity.
As one of the top two domestic six-axis robot companies, Estun has a full range of welding, SCARA, and Delta products. Its independently developed TRIO motion controller and ESTUN servo have been deeply used in photovoltaic typesetting and lithium battery module production lines. It is the main purchasing brand for integrators such as Han’s and Pioneer.
Inovance Technology ranks first in the country in the field of general servo and domestic small PLC. Its SCARA robot has entered the 3C and lithium battery fields. Its new energy vehicle electronic control and powertrain business provides it with stable cash flow, forming a three-wheel drive model of “industrial control + robot + new energy vehicle”.
Green Harmonic is a breakthrough in the domestic production of harmonic reducers, with a market share second only to HD (Harmonic Drive). It supplies the domestic lines of Eston, Xinsong, and ABB. It is a sample delivery head factory for humanoid robot joint reducers. As the volume of robots increases, the consumption of reducers will be linearly amplified.
Industrial control and motion control are the underlying supports for production line digitization.
MOONS Electric’s hybrid stepper motors are at the forefront of the world. Its closed-loop stepper, servo motors and drives are widely used in semiconductor equipment, medical automation and robotics. Coreless motors have achieved small batch production in humanoid robot finger joints. Overseas revenue accounts for more than 50%, effectively hedging the fluctuations in the domestic market.
Xinjie Electric leads the domestic market in the field of small PLCs. Its DS5 series servo benchmarks against Inovance’s mid-range, and XG series medium-sized PLCs have been introduced into the photovoltaic and lithium battery equipment markets. With its dense regional dealer network, it has benefited from the automation transformation of small and medium-sized production lines.

Automation system integration has won large orders in new energy production lines.
Leading Intelligence is the global leader in the entire lithium battery line, covering everything from coating to volume fractionation. It also has photovoltaic module string welding machines, shingling equipment, and 3C and automotive intelligent equipment layouts. Orders from overseas battery factories have verified its overseas capabilities.
Yinghe Technology focuses on front-end and mid-range lithium battery equipment and is deeply tied to CATL and BYD. It leads the coating machine market and its entire line delivery capabilities are constantly improving.
Hanchuan Intelligent is the leader in automotive electronics assembly and test lines. It also involves charging and swapping equipment, button batteries and wiring harness production lines, benefiting from the increase in automotive electronics.
Machine vision and sensing are regarded as the “eyes” of automation.
Opto has a full stack of light sources, lenses, cameras, and vision software products. It is a major supplier of 3C, lithium batteries, and semiconductor back-end inspection. Its independent software platform reduces dependence on Cognex.
Lingyun Optical has a stable performance in consumer electronics display inspection, printing/label vision and optical communication inspection business.
From the perspective of order growth logic, new orders for industrial robots in welding, palletizing, and assembly station machine replacements increased by 20% year-on-year –
35%; servo/PLC is undergoing digital transformation of production lines, and small and medium-sized production lines are replacing foreign capital in batches; harmonic reducers are linearly amplifying with the increase in robot density and long-term expectations of humanoid robots; lithium battery/photovoltaic complete lines have large single contract amounts and long delivery periods due to the construction of new bases for battery factories; machine vision has become standard due to online full inspection, and the number of single-line vision stations has doubled.
In this feast of industrial automation, are you more optimistic about the robot body/reducer, industrial control faucet or lithium battery automation line?
Which part of industrial automation do you think has the most flexible orders?
