First, optimize and upgrade goods trade.
In terms of goods trade, it is necessary to do a solid job in short-term insurance related work and optimize the supply of quota resources.
By rationally allocating quota resources, more foreign trade companies can be guaranteed during the export process.
At the same time, make good use of import advance payment insurance and strengthen cross-insurance coordination and linkage, which will help promote export credit insurance to achieve stable volume expansion, improve quality and efficiency in goods trade.
For example, when some companies import raw materials, they can use import advance payment insurance to reduce financial risks, ensure the smooth import of goods, and thereby promote the stable development of export business.

The second is to cultivate new momentum for foreign trade.
As new areas, new formats, and new models of foreign trade continue to emerge, in response to their development needs, it is necessary to enrich the basis for credit granting, clarify the evaluation standards, and innovate the underwriting model.
By increasing the replication and promotion of typical experiences and practices, we can more accurately and effectively support the development of service trade, digital trade, and green trade.
For example, in the field of digital trade, innovative underwriting models can provide enterprises with protection that is more suitable for their business characteristics and promote the rapid development of digital trade.

The third is to promote the integration of domestic and foreign trade.
Strengthening the linkage between export insurance and domestic trade insurance is an important measure to promote the integration of domestic and foreign trade.
By expanding the upstream and downstream industrial chain underwriting, it can promote the expansion of domestic trade insurance coverage and increase support for foreign trade companies to expand domestic sales.
For some companies that originally focused on exports, this can better explore the domestic market and achieve coordinated development of domestic and foreign trade.

The fourth is to guide the rational and orderly cross-border layout of the production and supply chain.
It uses a combination of products such as trade insurance and project insurance as well as services such as financing, guarantees, and policy financing to provide enterprises with full-chain and full-process service guarantees.
At the same time, we will do a good job in preventing and controlling overseas risks and intensify efforts to reduce losses before compensation and recover losses after compensation.
This helps companies reduce risks during cross-border deployment and ensure the stability of the supply chain.

The fifth is to deepen economic and trade cooperation along the “One Belt, One Road” initiative.
Giving full play to the role of medium- and long-term insurance and overseas investment insurance can promote the implementation of more high-standard, sustainable and people-benefiting projects.
Under the “Belt and Road” initiative, these insurance products can provide protection for enterprises’ investment and trade in countries along the route, and promote the in-depth development of “Belt and Road” economic and trade cooperation.

The sixth is to strengthen support for small, medium and micro enterprises.
We will continue to carry out special actions such as insurance to benefit enterprises, services to promote enterprises, and digital intelligence to assist enterprises, enrich policy financing products, improve the quality of credit services, and be able to more accurately and directly reach small, medium and micro enterprises.
Small, medium and micro enterprises are an important force in the development of foreign trade. These measures can help them better cope with market risks and enhance their competitiveness.
