The construction machinery market rises, and Forster upgrades to a professional manager of mining equipment

With the recent rise in prices for various metals, companies across the industry chain are attracting attention. Fushite derives a significant portion of its business from the construction machinery market—benefiting from the sector's upward momentum—and is actively expanding into the mining aftermarket, aiming to evolve into a specialized service provider for mining equipment.

The prices of various metals have continued to rise recently, and companies upstream and downstream of the industrial chain have also attracted attention from the capital market.
On January 31, Jiangxi Forster Hydraulic Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Forster”) stated in an institutional survey that the company will transform from pipeline system maintenance to equipment life cycle monitoring and systematic maintenance management, and upgrade to a professional steward of mining equipment.

Information shows that Forster is mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of hydraulic pipeline systems. Its main products include rigid pipe assemblies, hose assemblies, vehicle-mounted fire extinguishing systems, pipe joints and fuel tanks and other hydraulic components. The company’s products are mainly applied in the engineering machinery market and the mining machinery after-sales maintenance market.
Hydraulic pipelines are called the “blood vessels” of the hydraulic system. Their downstream application fields are very wide, covering almost all machinery and equipment manufacturing industries. They are widely used in markets such as engineering machinery, mining machinery, port machinery, agricultural machinery, logistics and warehousing, metallurgical machinery, and wind power equipment. They are also widely used in emerging fields such as new energy vehicles, semiconductor equipment, and data centers.

“The piping system in the hydraulic industry is a safety component in the hydraulic system. Its pressure resistance, cleanliness and sealing play a vital role in the stable operation of the hydraulic system. Pipes and joints account for about 15% of the value of the hydraulic system and are one of the important components of the hydraulic system.” Relevant professionals said.
After years of deep cultivation in the hydraulic industry, Forster has gradually taken the lead in the domestic industry in the hydraulic hard pipe assembly segment.

When accepting institutional research, Forster said that currently, business related to the construction machinery market still accounts for a large proportion of the company’s main business.
In recent years, due to the impact of domestic investment, product upgrading and the acceleration of overseas construction machinery main engines, the construction machinery market has continued to maintain an upward trend, and the company will continue to benefit.

Currently, Forster is actively exploring the post-mining market as a new profit growth point.
Recently, Foster signed a “Strategic Cooperation Agreement” with Jiangxi Copper Group Co., Ltd. The two parties will adopt a variety of cooperation models, focusing on strengthening cooperation in the maintenance of mining equipment.
By then, Forster will give full play to its advantages as a professional steward of mining equipment, deepen equipment life cycle monitoring and systematic maintenance and management services, and regard overseas market development as an important part of strategic cooperation, build a long-term and stable overseas business community, establish an all-round strategic partnership, and promote the coordinated development of both parties.

“As mining companies have increasingly higher requirements for specialization, efficiency, and safety in equipment maintenance, the company’s advantages in the mine maintenance market have begun to become prominent through years of accumulation of technical talent reserves and maintenance experience. The mining business is expected to open up space for the company’s performance growth.” said a relevant person in charge of Forster.

A few days ago, Forster told investors that in the future, the company will upgrade to a professional steward of mining equipment.
In addition to focusing on the mining aftermarket, we will also continue to delve into the construction machinery and non-construction machinery markets such as metallurgy, shipbuilding and other fields, and actively deploy new market areas such as semiconductor equipment pipelines and liquid cooling.
