At present, many companies have been rated as national individual champions, green factories and high-level smart factories. Guangrao County has successfully been rated as a national small and medium-sized enterprise characteristic industry cluster and an advanced manufacturing cluster in Shandong Province.

The county’s annual radial tire production capacity has exceeded 196 million units, and eight companies have ranked among the top 75 tires in the world. The scale and energy level of the industrial cluster continues to lead the industry, and it empowers high-quality transformation and upgrading of the industry with service-oriented manufacturing.
In order to comprehensively display the transformation results, Guangrao County took advantage of the opportunity of the 16th Guangrao Tire Exhibition to set up a new ‘tire industry service-oriented manufacturing exhibition area’.
The exhibition area takes “Intelligent Manufacturing·Service·Symbiosis” as the main line and has five major sections: R&D and design, digital intelligence empowerment, testing and certification, financial support, and project services.
Among them, the R&D and design section will display low-noise and lightweight key materials for new energy vehicle tires and the ‘memory rubber’ series of high-end tire products; the digital intelligence empowerment section will present the rubber tire ‘industrial brain’, smart factories, and industrial software matrices such as MES, WCS, and WMS; the testing and certification section will focus on displaying the carbon footprint label certification system, standards and specifications, and inspection and testing capabilities; and the financial support and project services section will display exclusive services for financial institutions and in-depth analysis results of industrial chain projects respectively.
To deepen collaborative empowerment, the rubber tire industry service-oriented manufacturing innovation and development conference will be held concurrently during the exhibition. Policy interpretation and special reports will be carried out around resource docking, digital-real integration, carbon footprint and other fields. Industry experts and enterprises will be invited to focus on development pain points, accelerate resource sharing and industrial chain collaboration, and help industrial clusters improve quality and efficiency.
