On June 17, Shantui Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Luo Shi (Shandong) Robot Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Luo Shi Robot”).
On the one hand, it is a company among the top 50 global construction machinery manufacturers, and on the other hand, it is a leader in intelligent robots with more than 600 patents.
This cross-border cooperation not only marks another important step in Shantui’s intelligent transformation, but also releases a signal that the construction machinery industry is actively embracing AI.
According to the agreement, the two parties will rely on their respective industrial and technological advantages to carry out in-depth cooperation in the research and development of intelligent engineering machinery equipment and intelligent production line upgrades, and two-way empower the coordinated development of the Shandong Zoucheng Robot Industry Cluster and the Jining High-tech Zone Engineering Machinery Industry Cluster.

Based on highly complementary industrial genes, the two parties have delineated two core cooperation directions: one is joint research and development of intelligent engineering machinery and equipment.
The two parties will focus on joint research on excavator intelligent control systems, intelligent excavation robots and other products.
Shantui Co., Ltd. provides application scenarios and equipment parameters, and Luoshi Robot outputs customized intelligent control algorithms, ontology design solutions and technical support, integrating embodied intelligent robot technology to jointly create a new generation of intelligent engineering machinery products with autonomous perception, autonomous operation, and autonomous decision-making capabilities.

Luo Shi Robot will tailor-make an overall solution for the intelligent production line for Shantui Co., Ltd. and be responsible for equipment supply, installation and commissioning, system integration and adaptation of new and old equipment. During the agreement, Luo Shi Robot promises to provide Shantui Co., Ltd. with the best purchase price in the industry. Shantui Co., Ltd. will also give priority to Luo Shi Robot products and services under the same conditions, deepening the linkage of the industrial chain with a two-way priority mechanism.
In the eyes of industry insiders, the cross-border cooperation between leading companies in the fields of construction machinery and intelligent robots is a typical example of the deep integration of traditional equipment manufacturing and cutting-edge intelligent technology.

The operating accuracy of its DH17-Gi3 AI bulldozer is controlled within ±3 cm, significantly improving construction efficiency; the world’s first DE26-X3 AI pure electric unmanned bulldozer has been operating for more than 400 hours in Guangzhou, Tibet and other places.
