On May 28, 2026, the 2026 Smart Home Service Summit·Shanghai Station with the theme of “Multi-dimensional Breakthrough·Global Growth” was successfully held at the Novotel Shanghai Jiantao Hotel.
The summit focused on the development status and future trends of the smart home industry, attracting the participation of many industry insiders.

Wang Shengyang, editor-in-chief of Smart Headlines and head of CSHIA Entrepreneurship Camp, shared the theme “Integrators Break the Game: Profit and Growth Paths in the Stock Era”.
Wang Shengyang pointed out that the current smart home industry has entered a new stage of stock competition and is facing many challenges.
User cognition is becoming increasingly mature, and the requirements for products and services are getting higher and higher; product homogeneity is intensifying, there are many similar products on the market, and competition is fierce; low-price involution continues to compress profit margins, affecting corporate profitability; service shortcomings have become industry pain points, and delivery capabilities have become the core competitiveness of integrated service providers.

In order to break the situation, Wang Shengyang put forward a series of suggestions.
First of all, product selection must be strictly controlled from the source, and high-stable head brands must be selected to ensure product quality and stability.
Secondly, establish a standardized delivery process to resolve construction hazards in advance and improve delivery efficiency and quality.
Promote the productization of services, replace passive after-sales service with professional delivery, and build a solid foundation for high-quality development of the industry.

In the existing market, integrators need to reconstruct their profit logic and get rid of dependence on the price difference of single products.
Adhere to an open ecosystem, use “1+N” streamlined selection to reduce technical complexity, consolidate integrated weak current delivery capabilities, and improve the efficiency of large-scale project replication.
Abandon low-price competition, focus on the “solution + service” combination model, expand high-margin super single products such as smart finished curtains, smart doors, smart beds, and living room theaters, and build a layered product system for traffic-draining and profit-making models.
Turn surveying, design, commissioning, maintenance and other services into working hours and charge fees to form continuous service income and promote the industry to shift from a price war to a value war.

Based on the new industry landscape, integrators need to achieve long-term growth through three major upgrades.
Category upgrades, with basic intelligence as the core, expand the coverage of whole-home scenarios, and increase single customer value; model upgrades, promote the separation of sales and services, optimize team division, and achieve lightweight and efficient operations; track upgrades, while deeply exploring the home market, lay out new tracks such as commercial intelligence, energy-saving renovation, and smart hotels to achieve dual-wheel drive for home and commercial use.

This summit provides clear action guidelines for integrators, helps the industry gather strength, empowers industrial upgrading with services, and jointly embarks on a new journey of high-quality development of smart homes.
At the same time as the conference, exciting activities such as the “CSHIA Entrepreneurship Camp Service Capacity Seminar” were also successfully held.
At the summit, companies such as Mailian, Drake, Zaozuo, Xiangxiang, Tanjia, Yichao, ICLICK, BESTJOY, Xinguang Intelligence and other companies brought concentrated displays of the latest innovative products and solutions, attracting the audience to stop and watch and experience.
