Automatic transfer system: The production line is equipped with a servo program-controlled sub-cartridge. After the products are formed, they are transported to the brick lifting machine, and then transferred to the curing kiln by the sub-cart. The final finished product is transferred from the sub-cart to the brick lowering machine for unloading and palletizing of bricks, which improves product transportation efficiency and ensures product quality.
Automatic palletizing system: In traditional brick production lines, palletizing has always been a link with high labor costs and products that are prone to loss. Qunfeng Machinery’s fully automatic production line adopts a high-position servo palletizing system, which operates accurately and efficiently, improves efficiency and reduces losses.
At present, the production line has basically completed debugging at the customer’s production base in Guatemala and will be officially put into production.
