According to news on June 11, the 2026 Yellow River Basin Cross-border E-commerce Expo will be held from June 25 to 27 at China Railway World Expo City, Qingdao West Coast New Area.

Highlight 1: Set up eight special exhibition areas to accurately cover the new global consumption track

The eight innovative exhibition areas set up in this expo provide differentiated docking services for exhibitors from the dimensions of technological empowerment, new consumption tracks, content overseas, and emerging markets.
The AI workshop area focuses on the practical application of artificial intelligence technology in product selection, customer service, content generation and other aspects; the cultural overseas exhibition area focuses on Laoshan’s characteristic cultural IP products; the World Cup and Asia Cup product selection area focuses on products surrounding large-scale sports events; the industrial products area targets B2B cross-border export of industrial products; the single economic product selection area focuses on pet companionship
, mini home appliances and other single consumption scenarios; the overseas MCN agency docking area builds a cooperation channel between cross-border delivery experts and source factories; the emerging platform ecological product selection area gathers emerging e-commerce platforms and localized service resources in Russia, the Middle East, Latin America and other regions; the cross-border clinic area provides expert consultation on common issues such as policy, compliance, and operations.

Highlight 2: Gathering 50 cross-border e-commerce associations to build a new platform for supply and demand docking

This expo gave full play to the role of industry associations as a bridge and successfully invited more than 50 domestic and foreign professional cross-border e-commerce associations from Europe, the United States, Japan and South Korea to participate in the conference, covering large supermarket buyers, cross-border e-commerce platform sellers, heads of overseas MCN organizations and representatives of the Overseas Chinese Business Federation.
A VIP docking area is set up on site to achieve precise matching between supply and demand through a combination of pre-release of procurement requirements and one-on-one negotiation.
Among them, the overseas MCN organization docking area, as one of the eight special exhibition areas, will invite experts and institutions from overseas platforms such as TikTok and YouTube to select products on site to promote one-stop cooperation in sample delivery and product delivery.

Highlight 3: Implementing the “exhibition before exhibition and factory” model to deeply open up new paths for industrial transactions

This expo brings together certified source factories in the West Coast New District, Jiaozhou, Jimo and other places, covering key industries such as wigs, plastic products, pet products, home appliances, etc. After buyers complete preliminary product selection in the exhibition hall, they can go to the factory for on-site factory inspections, inspect production lines, negotiate prices on the spot and sign contracts on the spot.
This model compresses the traditional long chain of “exhibition display – online inquiry – sample delivery – on-site factory inspection – ordering” into a short-cycle process of “pre-exhibition, post-factory” of “viewing samples during the exhibition, inspecting the factory after the exhibition, and signing the contract on the spot”, significantly improving transaction efficiency.

Highlight 4: Gathering 40 global platforms to comprehensively build a new e-commerce service ecosystem

The platform lineup of this expo has been further expanded, attracting nearly 40 cross-border e-commerce platforms to participate in the exhibition, covering major global markets.
In addition to global leading platforms such as Amazon Global Store and Alibaba International Station, Wildberries and Yandex Market from Russia, Rakuten from Japan, Meikeduo from Latin America, Voghion from Europe, Hong Kong TV Shopping Network Co., Ltd. (HKTVmall) from Hong Kong and Macao, global regional platforms SHEIN, Taobao Overseas, etc. have all appeared.
At the same time, the emerging platform ecological product selection area brings together official teams from emerging markets such as Jumia in Africa, Noon in the Middle East, and Trendyol in Turkey. Green channels are provided on site to help companies enter the global blue ocean market at a lower cost.

Highlight 5: Relying on direct supply from source factories to create new advantages in procurement and bargaining

This expo brings together certified source factory companies across the country to provide abundant, high-quality, and stable supply.
Sellers can complete one-stop product selection, sample viewing and direct purchasing at the exhibition site without traveling to other places, effectively reducing procurement costs and time costs.
All participating factories promise to provide direct supply at ex-factory price/free on board (FOB) price, without intermediate price increases, to achieve “transparent quotation from the source, worry-free cross-border export”.
Sellers can obtain a more stable supply of goods and better products at lower procurement costs; source factories can use the expo platform to establish direct contact with more sellers, further expand market development space, and achieve a win-win situation.

Highlight 6: Gathering national characteristic industrial belts to accurately build a new direct-source procurement scenario

This expo will feature distinctive industrial belts from all over the country, covering Qingdao wigs and plastic products, Qingdao false eyelashes, Linyi stationery and offices
Advantageous industrial clusters in the Yellow River Basin such as public supplies, Shandong paper products and packaging and printing, Henan cleaning products, Henan hardware and measuring tools, Xinjiang textiles, and Inner Mongolia cashmere products have attracted well-known industrial belts from all over the world such as Hebei Cangzhou glass products, Hebei Bazhou furniture, Fujian Dehua ceramics, Ningbo outdoor products, and Yangjiang kitchenware to participate in the exhibition.
Displaying more than 12,000 popular products from the source, through a model that combines product display, demand matching and on-site negotiation, it helps buyers understand the full picture of the industrial belt in various regions in one stop, quickly lock in target categories and suppliers, and achieve efficient docking of the entire process from product selection and sample viewing to direct procurement at the source.

Highlight 7: Carrying out 20 high-profile activities to fully empower enterprises to go overseas for new development

This expo carefully planned more than 20 supporting activities and built a five-in-one activity matrix of “trend release, platform docking, seller incubation, transformation empowerment, and business docking”.
The “AI In-Depth Application Sharing Session” invites platform officials and technical experts to demonstrate on-site practical requirements such as AI product selection, intelligent customer service and traffic strategies; the “Full Ecosystem of Cross-Border Services and Overseas Warehouse Model Sharing Activity” interprets integrated warehousing and distribution solutions in markets such as Europe, the United States, Southeast Asia and other markets; and the head platform’s special concentrated release
The latest policies and innovative strategies in 2026; emerging market special sessions analyze regional consumption trends and entry thresholds one by one; special sessions on fiscal and tax compliance, traditional foreign trade transformation, and POD going overseas are held simultaneously; a “cross-border clinic” will be set up every day during the exhibition period, where platform policy consultants and leading sellers will sit in for consultation and provide one-on-one Q&A.
The activities cover the entire chain of product selection, logistics, payment, compliance, transformation, etc., providing enterprises with practical and reusable guidance for going overseas.

Highlight 8: Build a full-cycle digital ecosystem and build a new supply and procurement docking service system

This expo will build a full-cycle digital service system covering before, during and after the exhibition, and strive to solve problems such as information asymmetry and low docking efficiency between suppliers and buyers.
Before the exhibition, the system automatically and intelligently matches the factory products according to the buyer’s needs, and pushes high-intention partners. Both parties can initiate negotiations in advance to improve the efficiency of on-site docking.
During the exhibition, the online supply and procurement platform was opened simultaneously, supporting sample request and intention order pre-signing, realizing online and offline integration and docking.
After the exhibition, through the official community and AI matching system, we will continue to push business opportunity information, compliance consultation and trade index reports to enterprises, extending the exhibition services throughout the year.
This digital ecosystem helps companies break through the time and space constraints of exhibitions and achieve the transformation from short-term exhibition participation to long-term customer acquisition.
