In the field of core parts and components, a number of bearing standards are being revised to improve technical requirements for high speed, high precision and extreme working conditions, enhance the global competitiveness of domestic parts and components, and support key products such as industrial base machines to achieve independent controllability.
For example, in industrial production, high-precision bearings can ensure the stable operation of mechanical equipment and improve production efficiency and product quality.
The introduction of a series of standards for large-scale castings and forgings in the field of heavy-duty gas turbines has accelerated the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, further improving the performance of heavy-duty gas turbines.
In the field of general machinery, we further optimize the standards of centrifugal pumps and fully welded ball valves, improve product efficiency and lifespan, and meet the needs of key national projects such as the West-East Gas Transmission.
The formulation and implementation of these standards provide a solid guarantee for important projects such as energy transmission in our country.
At the same time, mechanical standards are also accelerating the digital and intelligent transformation of key equipment.
Currently, an intelligent equipment standard system is being built to help realize AI intelligent maintenance and flexible production.
For example, through the establishment of an intelligent equipment standard system, companies can realize remote monitoring and fault warning of equipment, improving equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency.
A number of unmanned standards including Beidou autonomous driving for agricultural machinery have been launched to accelerate the transformation of agricultural production from traditional manual farming to more efficient operations and unmanned operations.
