Recently, the Chengchao Mining TORO 400E (LH409E) electric scraper remanufacturing project undertaken by Nanjing Meishan Intelligent Mining Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Meishan Zhike”) successfully passed acceptance and completed delivery.
This is the first set of mining equipment remanufacturing equipment project completed by the company since its establishment.

The project took 70 days to complete, during which time many difficulties were overcome.
The serious aging of structural parts is a major challenge faced by the project. Long-term use of the equipment has caused varying degrees of wear and damage to the structural parts, requiring detailed inspection and repair by the technical team.
The long procurement cycle of spare parts is also a major problem. Some key spare parts need to be purchased from specific channels and the waiting time is long. However, the Meishan Zhike team ensured the smooth progress of the project by reasonably arranging time and resources.
In addition, high-temperature work in summer brings a lot of inconvenience to construction. Technical personnel still stick to their posts in high-temperature environments to ensure the normal development of work.
Meishan Zhike’s technical team completed a series of tasks such as complete equipment disassembly, detailed inspection, troubleshooting, repair and replacement of key assemblies, and complete machine assembly and debugging.
Throughout the entire process, standardized operating procedures and quality management systems are strictly implemented, and every link is strictly controlled to ensure that all performance indicators of the equipment meet or exceed expected standards. The equipment is given “new life” with superb technology, providing a solid guarantee for subsequent safe, stable, and efficient operation.
