The first fully automated self-sealing tire production line independently designed and developed was officially completed and delivered.
It is worth mentioning that Kama, a well-known Russian tire manufacturing company, specially sent a high-level technical delegation to China to complete the on-site acceptance and sign-off of the production line at Locke’s Bengbu factory.
The production line completed this time can be regarded as Locke’s core breakthrough in the field of self-sealing tire manufacturing.
It upgrades the tire coating process, which originally relied on manual intervention, to a full-process automated operation of an entire production line.
From the time the tire goes online, through inner wall pretreatment, polymer colloid hot-melt spraying, coating thickness testing, dynamic balancing verification, and finally the finished product rolling off the production line, all links have been seamlessly connected.
The most significant value brought by full automation is the qualitative improvement in spraying accuracy.
In the traditional process, due to the limitations of manual operations, uneven coating thickness often results.
The automated production line can ensure a higher level of coverage uniformity and thickness consistency of the inner wall coating of each tire through precise path control and real-time parameter feedback.
This fundamentally ensures the batch and stable output of the anti-puncture performance of the product.
At the same time, the production line has also introduced multiple quality inspection mechanisms.
It covers key aspects such as coating adhesion testing, air tightness verification, and dynamic balancing testing.
Through layer-by-layer checks, we ensure that each factory tire meets Locke’s internal control requirements of “quality control higher than national standards”.

They highly recognized the overall technical level of the production line and finally completed the official sign-off.
This is an important breakthrough in the field of equipment export and technology export after Locke safety tires are sold in more than 30 countries.

Locke safety tires rely on the independently developed SELF-SEALING self-healing system, combined with a highly elastic polymer memory rubber coating, to achieve the core performance of no air leakage when punctured by a sharp foreign object with a diameter of 8mm, and the wound can be self-sealed instantly.
The implementation of the fully automated production line further guarantees the batch consistency production capability of the above performance.
