The project is constructed by Xiangqing Hardware Tool Factory, Hedong District, Linyi City, and is located about 1,000 meters west of Qianhongrui Village, Zhengwang Town, Hedong District, Linyi City.
The project covers a total area of 2640m², and its main construction content covers casting production lines, auxiliary facilities and environmental protection projects.
Utilizing the existing production workshop 1F, with a construction area of 2640m² and a steel frame structure, this will be the core area of hardware tool production, used for a series of complex processes, such as feeding and mixing, investment casting mold making, coated sand casting molding and core making, smelting, casting, cooling, mold removal and sand cleaning, manual shell breaking, annealing, de-pouring risers, shot blasting, welding, grinding, machining, etc.
The project is equipped with a series of advanced production equipment.
The main production equipment includes 2 1t steel shell medium frequency induction furnaces with magnetic yoke, 1 0.75t steel shell medium frequency induction furnace with magnetic yoke, 3 feeding mixers, 20 wax injection machines, 10 wax delivery machines, 1 wax pattern heating machine, and electric dewaxing kettle
10 sets, 10 roasting furnaces, 10 shot blasting machines, 8 grinding machines, 6 argon arc welding machines, 30 CNC lathes, 10 tapping machines, 1 vertical machining center, 1 horizontal machining center, 1 coated sand molding line, and 2 heating furnaces.
The put into use of these equipment will ensure the efficient and stable production of hardware tools.
After the project is completed, it will have an annual output of 11,000 tons of hardware tools, which is of great significance in meeting the market demand for hardware tools.
It is expected to achieve annual sales revenue of 126.5 million yuan, which will make an important contribution to local economic development.
At the same time, the project has a staff quota of 70 people, a production time of 300 days a year, and a three-shift system, totaling 7,200 hours.
This not only provides a certain number of local jobs, but also ensures the continuity and efficiency of production.
