In terms of the issuance of certificates of origin, a “paperless declaration + intelligent review + self-service printing” model has been established, and the current self-service printing rate of certificates of origin exceeds 99%. In addition, remote inspection pilots have been implemented to improve the efficiency of on-site inspection, and joint inspections + policy guidance have been promoted with market supervision and management departments to achieve “one-stop service, no disturbance”.
