Recently, the Autonomous Region Department of Commerce issued an announcement that Xinjiang’s 2026 smart home renewal subsidy policy was officially launched on June 3, and the activity will last until December 31.
The introduction of this policy will undoubtedly inject a shot in the arm into Xinjiang’s smart home market, which will effectively promote the development of the smart home industry and promote the continued recovery of the consumer market.

The applicable area of the subsidy is the administrative region of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region (excluding the Corps), and only individual consumers who purchase products at stores contracted to operate the event can apply for subsidies.
The subsidy covers a total of ten categories, including sweeping robots (including floor washers), dishwashers, clothes dryers (including care machines), smart door locks, smart toilets (including toilet seats), digital cameras (including action cameras, drones), whole-house smart hosts, smart central control screens, ventilators (including oxygen concentrators), and hearing aids.
The subsidy calculation is based on the actual transaction price of the product after deducting various merchant discounts, and subsidies will be provided at 15% of the transaction price.
The policy limits that each consumer can only enjoy one subsidy for a single product, and the subsidy for a single product is capped at 1,500 yuan.
In response to public concerns about the connection of subsidies, the announcement clarified that consumers who have applied for subsidies for the above categories in 2025 can still enjoy this year’s subsidy benefits in accordance with regulations if they purchase similar products again in 2026.

At present, the supporting “Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region 2026 Smart Home Renovation Subsidy Implementation Rules” have been issued. Consumers and business entities can pay attention to the content of the rules in a timely manner to clarify the entire process of declaration and write-off.
This provides consumers and merchants with clear operational guidelines to ensure the smooth implementation of the subsidy policy.
At the same time, the commerce department advocates that Xinjiang’s home appliance, digital, and smart home distribution companies rely on policy dividends and superimpose their own marketing resources to simultaneously provide discounts, full discounts, trade-in and other benefits to benefit the people.
Through the combination model of “state subsidies + merchant profit sharing”, the potential of household consumption will be further released.
This model not only allows consumers to enjoy more benefits, but also helps companies improve their market competitiveness and promote the quality and upgrading of Xinjiang’s smart home industry.
Smart home, as the future home development trend, has many advantages such as convenience, efficiency, and intelligence.
The implementation of Xinjiang’s smart home renewal subsidy policy will encourage more consumers to purchase smart home products and improve their quality of life.
At the same time, it will also encourage smart home companies to increase investment in research and development, launch more products that meet market demand, and promote the development of Xinjiang’s smart home industry to a higher level.
I believe that driven by the subsidy policy, Xinjiang’s smart home market will usher in new development opportunities, and the consumer market will continue to heat up, injecting new vitality into Xinjiang’s economic development.
