It is understood that the total investment of this project is 636.71 million yuan. It is located in the original factory area of the enterprise in Caoxian Economic Development Zone, Heze City. It is a reconstruction and expansion project and there is no new construction land.
The main construction content of the project includes the construction of a 66,000-square-meter production workshop and a 14,000-square-meter warehouse, the simultaneous construction of a semi-steel radial tire production line, and the purchase and installation of a total of 162 sets of professional production equipment such as internal mixers, extruders, molding machines, and vulcanizers.
After the project is completed and reaches production capacity, it will be able to form a production scale with an annual output of 3.38 million semi-steel radial tires.
Its products cover 2 million large-size high-performance car radial tires, 800,000 new energy vehicle tires, 500,000 run-flat tires and 80,000 self-repairing tires.
