Guizhou Tire officially released its 2025 annual report on April 25.
Against the background of global economic turmoil and intensified competition in the tire industry, the company has demonstrated strong development momentum.
The annual operating income was 10.946 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 2.39%, achieving positive growth for five consecutive years; the net profit attributable to the parent company was 620 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 0.74%; the net operating cash flow reached 799 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 9.21%.
Among them, in the fourth quarter alone, the net profit attributable to the parent company reached 170 million yuan, a significant increase of 209.22% year-on-year.

At the same time, the company disclosed a profit distribution plan, which plans to distribute a cash dividend of 0.90 yuan for every 10 shares to all shareholders. The total cumulative cash dividends and repurchases and cancellations in 2025 will exceed 200 million yuan, continuing to maintain stable returns to shareholders.
International strategy has become the core engine for companies to go through cycles.
On July 10, 2025, Vietnam’s third-phase intelligent manufacturing project with an annual output of 6 million semi-steel radial tires successfully rolled off the first tire, and the first container shipment has been achieved in the first quarter of 2026.
This project fills the company’s gap in the field of passenger tires, and together with the first and second phases, it builds a complete product matrix with “full category coverage, both commercial and passenger vehicles”, becoming a new growth point for the company.
Based on the success of the construction of the first overseas base, the company is planning a second overseas (Morocco) production base, striving to form a “1 + 2” multi-base production capacity layout to help the company face global markets such as Europe, North America and Southeast Asia, and accelerate the realization of international development goals.

It is worth mentioning that the company has accelerated its digital transformation and upgrading, focusing on building a “customer-centered, market-oriented” full-process data-driven, AI-enabled architecture system to inject strong momentum into efficient and low-carbon manufacturing.
In January 2025, the company was successfully awarded the title of “Lighthouse Factory” representing the highest level of intelligent manufacturing and digitalization in the global manufacturing field today, becoming the only company in the domestic tire industry to win this honor.
Relying on the technical foundation of the “Lighthouse Factory” and the core technology system of “Quinuo Zhixing”, at the end of 2025, the company will officially release a new series of “global electric drive” tire products to the world covering all scenarios, accurately empowering the needs of all scenarios such as commercial vehicles, engineering machinery, new energy passenger vehicles, etc., and achieving a comprehensive electric drive upgrade.
The company stated that in the future, it will further promote digital transformation and upgrading, and use the development main line of “Lighthouse Leadership + Kuno Smart Travel” to improve the efficiency of all business areas.
The Vietnam Phase III project has achieved sales in the first quarter of 2026 and will contribute new increments throughout the year.
With the release of overseas production capacity, the comprehensive rollout of the electric drive product matrix and the continuous deepening of the ESG system, the company is constantly moving towards new heights of international, intelligent, green and high-end development.
