The company has implemented a distributed photovoltaic power generation project, currently accounting for 10% of the total electricity consumption of its domestic factories, reducing carbon emission intensity. Simultaneously, it has implemented a waste heat recovery system and upgraded its digital energy management system to further improve energy efficiency, addressing the significant heat generated in its processes. The company maintains an annual R&D investment intensity of over 3%, mastering key technologies for its leading products and forming a closed-loop supply chain. On the raw material side, the company promotes renewable raw materials, implements recycling projects, and completes raw material substitution, reducing environmental impact from the source. As a national-level green factory, Guizhou Tire has achieved a comprehensive upgrade from hardware to management. The factory design incorporates natural ventilation and lighting; equipment selection focuses on energy conservation and intelligentization; and energy management relies on a digital system to maximize energy efficiency. These measures have earned the company recognition as a national-level green factory and a national-level green supply chain management enterprise, bringing significant social benefits. Regarding the balance between "input and benefit" in green transformation, the company has a clear strategic consideration.
