In the late 1990s, Sun Zhiquan, who had just graduated from the mechanical processing major of the Vocational and Technical College, boarded the train south with only 200 yuan.

There were many difficulties in the early stages of starting a business, including shortage of funds, problems with plant and equipment, and lack of customer resources.
But he did not give up. He used his savings and borrowed money to buy two second-hand CNC machine tools. He worked multiple jobs in the factory converted from an abandoned warehouse.
Once a medical device company was in urgent need of high-precision parts, and many suppliers were afraid to accept them. He promised to complete them within a week.
In the end, qualified products were delivered on time, winning customer trust and large orders, and establishing a firm foothold in the market.
Sun Zhiquan knows that quality is the lifeline of an enterprise.
He has established a strict quality management system in the company, with strict testing standards in every link from raw material procurement, production and processing to finished product delivery.
In the procurement of raw materials, unqualified products are resolutely returned; in production, “all-staff quality management” is implemented and skills and quality training are carried out; finished products leave the factory with a “three-way inspection” system.
