Wanghua District, Fushun City has ushered in impressive development results in the field of cross-border e-commerce.
In the first quarter, Wanghua District’s cross-border e-commerce direct mail export and cross-border e-commerce export overseas warehouse models both achieved breakthroughs. The mainstream model achieved full coverage, and its platform served more than 100 affiliated companies in the city.
This outstanding achievement is inseparable from the close cooperation between the government and enterprises. The government has accompanied enterprises to cross thresholds and overcome many difficulties, transforming cross-border e-commerce from “dare not touch” in the eyes of enterprises to “doable” today.

Junda Wax Co., Ltd. is a typical representative of this change.
The company successfully completed its first order breakthrough of 9810 in Fushun City. The product destination was Djibouti, and the export value reached US$42,000.
This successful trial of the paraffin industry should have attracted more people on the same journey, but many companies have been deterred from cross-border e-commerce due to concerns about “high thresholds and difficult processes.”
In order to eliminate the concerns of enterprises, the Wanghua District Government is actively looking for ways.
Through hard work, 15 more companies in Wanghua District have completed customs single-window registration this year.
However, the development of the industry has not been smooth sailing. An industrial enterprise in Wanghua District has been firmly delayed in exporting its products overseas due to debt disputes.

In order to promote better development of the cross-border e-commerce industry, Wanghua District also collaborated with relevant departments of Fushun City to build a comprehensive service platform for the Cross-border E-commerce Association.
The role of this platform is very significant. It gathers all companies shipping to the same port and the same destination to make unified customs declarations, effectively reducing costs for companies.
From when enterprises faced cross-border e-commerce, they lamented that they “didn’t dare to touch it”, to now they are able to sail overseas and “make it happen.” This huge change relies on the spirit of government and enterprises working together and working together.
The government actively plays a guiding and supporting role to solve problems for enterprises, and enterprises are bravely taking steps towards cross-border e-commerce with the help of the government.
This model of government-enterprise cooperation not only promotes the development of the cross-border e-commerce industry in Wanghua District, but also provides valuable experience and reference for other regions.
It is believed that in the future, the cross-border e-commerce industry in Wanghua District will continue to flourish and inject new vitality into the local economy.
