A few days ago, the “Smart Chain Global·Hui Qi Future-Smart Home Full-Link Ecosystem Global Innovation and Sharing Conference (GSES)” was held grandly in Guangzhou.
The world’s first cross-protocol, cross-category, and cross-scenario smart home full-link ecosystem, jointly led by Heung Kong Group and Taichuang Technology and with the in-depth participation of more than 20 top international brands, was officially unveiled. Many participating experts said that this means that China has achieved a major identity change from a technology follower to a rule-maker in the smart home field.

For a long time, protocol barriers between different brands of equipment have put smart homes in a “pseudo-smart” dilemma.
This time, Xiangjiang Group teamed up with Taichuang Technology and Switzerland’s top home appliance brand V-ZUG, Nordic high-end home appliance ASKO, German luxury kitchen appliance Gaggenau, Japanese electronics giants Panasonic and Hitachi, as well as international brands such as Hansgrohe and Kaldewei to jointly develop the world’s first full-link ecosystem, which successfully solved this industry problem.
The “Universal Gateway” technology developed by Taichuang Technology has realized the seamless connection of Matter, PLC, Zigbee and other protocols for the first time.
Its founder Yao Minghai vividly compared it: “This system is like a translator who is proficient in multiple languages, allowing Swiss Swiss ovens to achieve millisecond-level dialogue with Japanese Panasonic sensors.” Behind this breakthrough is the collaborative innovation of global intelligence. Germany’s Gaggenau precision kitchen appliance technology, Japan’s Hitachi’s environmental sensing solutions, and China’s optimized PLC power line communication technology form a powerful synergy under a unified ecological framework.
Data shows that this system has increased the response speed of cross-brand devices by 80% and reduced energy consumption by 32%. This achievement was evaluated by former Belgian Prime Minister Yves Letem as “a milestone in the development of smart home.”

The implementation of the Xiangjiang No. 1 demonstration project has transformed technological breakthroughs into perceptible life changes.
In this world’s first full-link ecological community, the baby room can automatically maintain forest-level clean air, the kitchen system can simultaneously cope with the instantaneous impact of Chinese stir-fries and remote control requirements, and the temperature control system will silently adjust environmental parameters when you cough late at night.
Tan Jianrong, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, believes: “The transformation from single-product intelligence to ecological intelligence is comparable to the revolution from functional machines to smartphones.” This change stems from a deep insight into the needs of Chinese families.
Zhai Meiqing, chairman of Xiangjiang Group, said: “When German Industry 4.0 meets Chinese kitchen pyrotechnics, what happens is not a technical conflict, but a symbiosis of scenes.” This concept prompted international brands such as Ruizu and ASKO to adjust their product logic for the Chinese market for the first time and integrate precision technology into Chinese life scenes.
At the meeting, more than 20 international brands jointly released the “Smart Chain Ecosystem Global Initiative”, marking China’s move from technology export to rule-based leadership.
This document, which covers ten major principles including open interconnection, data sovereignty, and green technology, proposes for the first time the three principles of transparency, controllability, and explainability for smart home AI applications.
Wang Tao, an academician of the World Academy of Productivity Sciences, commented: “This creates a new paradigm of transnational technological collaboration.” In the field of green development, this ecosystem shows unique value.
Bie Tao, vice chairman of the China Environmental Protection Federation, emphasized: “It integrates Chinese scenarios, EU ErP standards and low-carbon solutions made in Japan, providing a replicable sample for the world.” Zhu Weiqiu, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, explained from a professional perspective: “Just like the principle of ‘nonlinear vibration control’, the Xiangjiang No. 1 system has ‘instantaneous impact’ and remote control of Chinese stir-fry
The multi-dimensional response of “sustained load” demonstrates true ecological “robustness.”
This model proves that the future of global smart homes does not lie in the “intensity competition” of individual technologies, but in the “balanced art” of ecological collaboration.
“Data shows that through edge algorithm optimization, the overall carbon emissions of Xiangjiang No. 1 community are reduced by 41% compared with traditional communities.
From protocol interoperability to scene symbiosis, from technological innovation to rule formulation, China’s smart home solutions are reshaping the global industrial landscape.
As former Croatian President Kolinda said: “This is not only business innovation, but also a collective practice of mankind’s pursuit of a better life.” With the promotion of the full-link ecological model, smart homes are about to bid farewell to the old era of “fighting individually” and usher in a new era of global collaboration.
