It is reported that this selection aims to focus on leading companies in manufacturing quality control, and a total of 161 companies across the country have been shortlisted.
The selection criteria are extremely strict. Based on the “Manufacturing Enterprise Quality Management Capability Evaluation Standards”, a comprehensive evaluation is conducted from 4 first-level indicators and 30 second-level indicators such as quality management system effectiveness, quality management digitalization, sustainable success capabilities, and whole-process quality performance.
Being selected as a high-level enterprise with “Guaranteed Grade” quality management capabilities means that the above-mentioned tire companies must all reach “Guaranteed Grade” and above in 4 first-level indicators and 30 second-level indicators.
This is not only an assessment of the company’s product qualification rate, but also a comprehensive physical examination of its full life cycle quality management capabilities, digital transformation effectiveness, and supply chain collaboration capabilities.
