The newly launched 42-ton composite second-generation grain dryer is the ingenuity of Chenyu’s R&D team for many years of technical research and hard work.
The product abandons the old principles of traditional cross-flow and mixed-flow drying, and innovatively adopts a new composite drying process, taking into account drying quality, efficiency and versatility, truly achieving multi-purpose use in one machine. It can be adapted to the drying operations of various granular grains and grain seeds such as rice, wheat, corn, rapeseed, sorghum, and beans, and can meet the drying needs of all types of grain and oil production.
This equipment subverts traditional processes and reshapes industry drying standards.
It is equipped with an intelligent adaptive control system that can dynamically adjust operating parameters according to the real-time moisture content of grains to accurately control drying accuracy. The drying and crushing rate of wheat and rice is strictly controlled within 0.3%, and the corn crushing rate is less than 0.5%. It minimizes grain loss from the drying source, firmly protects grain harvest results, and ensures that particles are returned to the warehouse, reducing losses and increasing efficiency.
In terms of efficient quality improvement and upgrading, the equipment has a processing capacity of over 42 tons per hour, and the drying precipitation rate can reach 1.2% – 1.5% per hour, which greatly improves the hot air utilization rate and drying operation efficiency, solves the industry pain points of low efficiency, high consumption and long cycle of traditional drying equipment, and adapts to the needs of large-scale and intensive grain drying operations.

It can be equipped with an optional imported high-precision moisture detector to dynamically monitor the drying status and control the drying quality in real time throughout the process.
