The event released the “High-Quality Overseas Research Report on China’s Intelligent Bathroom Industry”.
The report points out that China’s smart bathroom industry accounts for more than 60% of global production capacity, with products covering more than 130 countries and regions around the world; exports will grow strongly in 2025, with smart toilet exports increasing by more than 27% year-on-year.
The report systematically interprets the current development status of the industry and the path to overseas expansion, and believes that the industry is standing at a historical turning point from “going out” to “going up”, from the traditional growth model relying on low prices, OEMs, and policies, to officially entering a new stage with quality, brand, and compliance as the core.
At present, China’s smart bathroom has the world’s leading advantages in the entire industry chain, rapid product innovation capabilities, an increasingly complete online and offline collaborative global channel network, and the collective awakening of independent brands. More and more companies are moving from behind the scenes to the front, firmly transforming into an OBM model that integrates design, production, and branding.
However, enterprises also face challenges such as trade barriers and insufficient localization capabilities, and need to achieve breakthroughs in four major directions: technology, brand, channels, and compliance.

Lin Jin, a senior expert in the sanitary ware industry of the Chamber of Mines and Minerals, pointed out in the theme sharing of “Global Market Analysis and Outlook of the sanitary ware industry” that enterprises must complete three major changes from “going overseas” to “deep cultivation”: In terms of products, they must shift from manufacturing to creation, that is, from pure production to
Product output shifts to value creation based on local needs; in terms of branding, it shifts from invisibility to mentality, and from the invisible role of OEM to the brand role of building users’ minds; in terms of operations, it shifts from cross-border to local, and from remote cross-border trade to deeply integrated local operations.

The event also invited Chen Wei, Vice President of Sofia Home Furnishing Group, and Qi Enliang, Chairman of Weifang Guoyi Aluminum Co., Ltd., to share their experience in green intelligence and overseas expansion, and conduct a round-table dialogue on the topic of “Discussing New Paths for Going Global and Collaborating Together”.
Industry leading institutions such as China Construction Engineering Corporation (Group) Co., Ltd., China National Building Materials Investment Co., Ltd., and China State Council Testing and Testing Holding Group Co., Ltd. have in-depth exchanges on overseas routes, overseas project procurement, international standard docking, and overseas warehouse layout.

More than 30 international buyers from South America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and other regions, Guangzhou Customs, CCIC and other agencies conducted in-depth docking negotiations with more than 100 companies.
