On April 14, the opening ceremony of Baoding Cross-border E-commerce Service Center concluded successfully.
At the event site, 16 units completed centralized signing contracts with Guofa Qianxing 58 Hebei Science and Technology Co., Ltd., covering four major areas: strategic cooperation, service provider settlement, overseas office establishment and overseas institutional cooperation.
This achievement not only injects strong impetus into the construction of the Baoding Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Zone, but also marks the official completion of the core bridge for local companies to set sail and connect global resources.

Wang Le, member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of Baoding Municipal Administrative Approval Bureau, pointed out in his speech that Baoding, as the core manufacturing base of Hebei Province, has a deep industrial foundation and unique location advantages.
This is the first cross-border e-commerce service center in the country to provide full-chain services of customs clearance, declaration, taxation, remittance, and logistics to help enterprises expand markets, find orders, provide excellent services, and promote development.
Baoding is based in the hinterland of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei and has 42 characteristic industrial clusters. It has huge development potential for cross-border e-commerce. The completion of the service center is a key measure for Baoding to create a new highland for opening up to the outside world. It will expand overseas markets through full-chain services to empower “Baoding Manufacturing” and add new momentum to the high-quality development of the regional economy.
During the event, industry suppliers, professional service providers, overseas buyers and representatives of international organizations spoke in turn.
Everyone shared practical experience and discussed cooperation visions from multi-dimensional perspectives such as industrial supply upgrade, professional service empowerment, international market opportunities, and industry wisdom leadership, and comprehensively demonstrated the vigorous vitality and development potential of Baoding’s cross-border e-commerce ecosystem.

The on-site supply and demand docking was hot, enterprises and merchants had in-depth exchanges, and cooperation intentions continued to sprout in the interactive exchanges.
According to reports, the Baoding Cross-border E-commerce Service Center has a total area of 3,000 square meters. It is a one-stop full-chain comprehensive service platform that integrates policy empowerment, customs clearance logistics, financial support, brand incubation, talent cultivation, and overseas docking. It is worth mentioning that during the opening ceremony of Baoding Cross-border E-commerce Service Center, Baoding’s first “Double-City Mass Entrepreneurship” event for overseas Chinese at home and abroad was held simultaneously in the Electric Valley. The two major activities were carried out in conjunction to achieve deep integration of resources.
