Alibaba International Station’s “Haoshuang” conference ended, AI helps cross-border e-commerce start a new journey

At the start of 2026, cross-border e-commerce exports from Shenzhen and Dongguan recorded double-digit growth for three consecutive months. In April, Alibaba.com held its "High-Profit" summit in the region, focusing on how to make business simpler and more profitable amidst market uncertainty. AI is transforming the logic of foreign trade and reshaping the rules of cross-border competition.

Since the beginning of 2026, cross-border e-commerce exports from Shenzhen and Dongguan have maintained double-digit growth for three consecutive months.
Behind this round of growth, a clear logic is taking shape – the synergistic resonance of ‘good city, good platform, good business’.
In April, Alibaba International Station’s “Good Earn” Conference and Accio Work Cross-border Growth Conference were held in Shenzhen and Dongguan, attracting more than 2,500 practitioners.
Both conferences focused on an issue of common concern to foreign traders: how to make business simpler and more profitable in an uncertain market?

‘Good money’ is no longer just a slogan, but a replicable path.
In the past, foreign trade relied largely on experience, connections, and trial and error.
Today, AI is changing this logic.
At the conference, Alibaba International Station put forward a core point of view: “Good profit” is no longer a description of results, but a set of business paths that can be designed and copied.

There are two layers of changes behind this.
First of all, Accio Work, a tool called the ‘cross-border business workbench’, packages a series of complex links such as industry analysis, product selection and judgment, content generation, and inquiry conversion into standardized modules.
What once took several people several days to do is now condensed into reusable instructions and processes.
The threshold has been lowered and efficiency has increased.

Secondly, based on real-time analysis of global trade data, companies no longer just ‘follow the market’ but begin to ‘anticipate the market’.
For every advertisement placement and every product launch, you can see clear data feedback.
Certainty no longer comes from luck, but from verifiable decisions.
The manufacturing foundation of the Shenzhen-Dongguan-Hui Industrial Zone, the global transaction capabilities of Alibaba International Station, and the intelligent execution of Accio Work form the ‘base’ for a new generation of cross-border growth.

AI is not an auxiliary, but a reconstruction of the entire game rules.
‘The value of AI is not in assistance, but in reconstruction.
’ This is the consensus of many guests present.
Liu Yu, general manager of Alibaba International Station Shenzhen-Dongguan Hui Region, said at the meeting that Accio Work is stripping foreign trade capabilities from personal experience and turning them into system capabilities that enterprises can call at any time.
Deputy General Manager Gao Jie added: AI has brought cross-border operations into a new stage of ‘integrating quality and efficiency’. The key to corporate competition is to see who has the ‘foresight’ based on AI.

Dulan, the International Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer of the World Academy of Digital Sciences, has a more macro view.
He believes that 2026 is the year of systemic change in cross-border trade.
Accio Work allows small and medium-sized enterprises to have digital labor and compliance capabilities close to those of large enterprises. “Technology is achieving true ability equality.”
This means that the core of cross-border competition is no longer ‘who works harder’, but ‘who knows how to use the tools better’.

First-line merchants: From ‘people do things’ to ‘people use systems to produce results’.
Merchants from the front line feel it most directly.
Wei Zhaolin, founder of Dongguan Yugo Trading, likens AI to the new ‘industry baseline’ – after experience is encapsulated into executable instructions, young teams can quickly get started.
Shenzhen Chuangshengda Technology Changyusheng values the value of ‘quick judgment’: AI allows companies to capture keywords and trend changes in real time, moving from slow decision-making to immediate response.
Some businesses also mentioned that the ‘digital employee team’ built by Accio Work allows small companies to have functional systems that are only available in large factories.
‘One-person company’ is no longer an imagination, lightweight management is becoming a reality.

These practices point to the same trend: foreign trade is shifting from ‘people do things’ to ‘people use systems to produce results’.
The two conferences essentially answered the same question – how to achieve certain growth in an uncertain cross-border industrial chain.
Use AI to reconstruct links, use system undertaking capabilities, and use platforms to amplify results.
As “good city, good platform, good business” continues to resonate, Shenzhen-Donghui’s industrial belt is connecting to the broader global market with higher efficiency.
