A-share institutional research hotness this week: Semiconductor equipment sector has become the focus

近期A股市场机构调研聚焦硬科技赛道,半导体设备板块热度持续升温。盛美上海、澳华内镜、晶升股份位列本周调研热度前三,各行业调研分布呈现结构性机会,券商等机构积极参与调研。

Recent research by A-share market institutions has been clear, and funds continue to focus on the hard technology track.
Institutional survey data of A-share listed companies show that Aomei Shanghai, Aohua Endoscopy, and Jingsheng Shares ranked among the top three most surveyed this week. The stock prices of some targets rose after the survey was conducted, and the sector continued to heat up.

From the perspective of individual stock survey data, Shengmei Shanghai received a total of 129 institutional surveys this week; Aohua Endoscopy received 57 institutions, and Jingsheng Shares received 36 institutions. The three companies became the A-share companies with the highest institutional survey attention this week.
The overall research trend highlights structural opportunities, and the semiconductor equipment industry chain has become one of the core focuses of the current capital market.

From the perspective of industry-wide survey distribution, high-end manufacturing and technology industries have become the main direction of institutional research.
The computer, communications and other electronic equipment manufacturing industries are the most popular this week, with a total of 31 related listed companies receiving institutional research; the special equipment manufacturing industry follows closely behind, with 13 companies participating in research and exchanges; chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing, electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing, software and information technology service industries have 12, 10, and 8 companies respectively receiving institutional research, covering core tracks such as high-end manufacturing, new materials, and digital economy.

In terms of the activity of research institutions, securities firms lead the market in the frequency of surveys.
As of June 19, Cathay Haitong Securities has conducted 19 surveys this week, ranking first; CITIC Securities and CICC ranked second and third with 16 and 13 surveys respectively.
Among fund companies, Bosera Fund has conducted 11 surveys, Wells Fargo Fund and Harvest Fund have completed 9 and 8 surveys respectively. Public and private equity and securities firms continue to explore high-quality A-share market segments.

As the most popular listed company in research this week, Ame Shanghai disclosed in an institutional research event on June 16 that the company’s new orders in the first quarter of 2026 increased by 65% year-on-year, while maintaining its full-year revenue guidance of 8.2 billion to 8.8 billion yuan unchanged.
Judging from the order structure, the proportion of electroplating equipment in the company’s new orders since 2026 has increased to about 30%, and the product structure continues to be optimized.

As for the overall trend of the semiconductor industry, Amei Shanghai judged that the current storage and logic semiconductor fields are still in the production capacity construction cycle, and the industry prosperity continues; in the segmented tracks, although the overall market size of semiconductor back-end equipment is smaller than that of front-end equipment, the growth rate is significantly higher and has stronger growth elasticity.

Jingsheng Shares, which also received high-profile research, received several institutional investors such as CITIC Securities, CICC, Tianhong Fund, and Yinhua Fund from June 16 to 18 to conduct in-depth exchanges on core issues such as the market application of 12-inch silicon carbide equipment, the pace of downstream customer expansion, and the company’s production capacity planning.

In view of the current status of downstream production expansion in the semiconductor silicon wafer industry, the company’s analysis stated that the current overall production capacity of silicon wafer companies is approaching saturation. However, due to the pressure on the overall profitability of the industry, the pace of customer expansion is relatively rational. The subsequent expansion progress will mainly depend on the price trend of the silicon wafer market.
At the same time, the company predicts that as the subsequent production capacity continues to be released, the upstream supply chain may become the core factor restricting business expansion. In the future, it will continue to promote the coordinated layout of the upstream supply chain to ensure the steady implementation of production capacity.
