On June 16, a container truck loaded with more than 2,200 cross-border e-commerce parcels slowly drove into the Huadu District Port Vehicle Inspection Field. Under the supervision of on-site customs officers at Huadu Customs, a subsidiary of Guangzhou Customs, the parcels containing clips, wallets and other goods were successfully shipped to the UK, Hong Kong, China and other markets.

The arrival of the cross-border e-commerce export manifest will automatically trigger the verification of the transfer order, and the electronic lock will be automatically unlocked. Cross-border e-commerce goods can be transferred from Huadu to Hubei Ezhou Airport and Guangzhou Baiyun Airport to achieve “senseless customs clearance”, and the customs clearance time is reduced by 20%.
During this year’s “618” promotion, Huadu Customs supervised more than 100,000 cross-border e-commerce retail exports.

It is reported that since the “618” promotion, the cross-border e-commerce export volume of Foshan Comprehensive Bonded Zone has also increased significantly.

Some commodities are also transited through the Hong Kong International Airport and flown to the world, covering core trade areas such as North America, Europe, and Asia.

“Cross-border e-commerce exports are directly facing consumers around the world, and behind every small package is a shopping expectation. Appointment for customs clearance allows packages to be handled immediately upon arrival and cleared quickly. Overseas consumers can receive their favorite ‘Made in China’ products in just a few days. This timeliness is the confidence of our promise to customers.” Zhang Xiaoyu, general manager of Guangdong Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Investment Management Co., Ltd. introduced.

The customs reasonably allocates supervisory manpower according to the company’s shipping plan, giving priority to ensuring that cross-border e-commerce goods can be processed as soon as they arrive.
