From June 25th to 27th, the 2026 Changsha International Green Intelligent Construction and Building Industrialization Expo (hereinafter referred to as the “Construction Expo”) will be held at the Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center.
As a key supporting event of this year’s Construction Expo, the 2026 Smart Home and Prefabricated Decoration Industry Development Exchange Conference will be held on the morning of June 26 at the E1/E2 Connection Hall of Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center.
This exchange meeting is jointly sponsored by Hunan Interior Decoration Association, Hunan Smart Home Industry Association, and Hunan Furniture Industry Association, and co-organized by Hunan Jiabao Home Furnishing Co., Ltd., and the Design Professional Committee of Hunan Interior Decoration Association.
The event closely follows the theme of “Technology empowers intelligent construction and innovation leads to a better life”, focusing on intelligent construction to lead the main line of “good house” construction, focusing on smart homes and prefabricated decoration as the core, and conducting in-depth exchanges in the directions of smart home furnishings, refined house design, smart living construction, AI technology applications, aging-friendly homes, and industry trend research and judgment.
Industry leaders gather to discuss the cutting-edge of the industry
The exchange meeting brings together leading figures in the fields of architectural design, intelligent technology, prefabricated decoration and aging-friendly renovation. They will share practical experience and cutting-edge perspectives through keynote speeches, sofa forums and industry guide releases.
On the design side, Wan Fei, deputy chief architect of China Machinery International and the first prize winner of the National “Good House” Competition, will bring “Interpretation of “Good House” and Sharing of House Type Refined Design” to analyze future living trends from the source; on the technology implementation side, Tong Yi, President of Hunan Jiabao Home Furnishing Co., Ltd., and Chairman of Hunan Meizhuang Home Assembly Technology Co., Ltd.
Zhang Shun will give practical sharing on one-stop solutions for smart home delivery and prefabricated decoration respectively; on the smart empowerment side, Qianjia Zhike founder Xiang Zhonghong and Hunan Normal University professor Liu Hong will provide an in-depth analysis of the global application of smart homes and industrial empowerment in the AI era. Goodnight Home Furnishing Group Xiong Long will also share the cutting-edge exploration of smart homes in the field of aging.

Hosted by Yang Kai, founder of Hunan Shishang Architectural Design, they discussed the cross-border integration and collaborative development path of the industry.
This event aims to open up the entire industry chain of smart homes, prefabricated decoration, furniture manufacturing and interior decoration, explore the implementation path of smart construction in high-quality residential and urban renewal scenarios, and promote new technologies, new models, and new concepts.
As an important ideological output platform of this year’s Construction Expo, the exchange will release industry consumption guides, build a platform for exchanges, cooperation and resource docking, and effectively promote the province’s home decoration industry to move towards intelligence, quality and greening.
