The conference empowered the development of the global cross-border industry, especially gathering consensus and accumulating momentum for the high-quality development of scale, branding, digitalization and compliance of the cross-border e-commerce industry in China and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
Bruno Massier, Chairman of the World Trade Network Alliance, emphasized in his speech that trust is the core cornerstone and intangible background of the digital economy, and is the core “currency” for the high-quality development of digital trade.
To build a safe, trustworthy, open and inclusive global digital trade ecosystem, we need to build four core pillars, namely consolidating the bottom line of network security, adhering to the principle of transparency and accountability, deepening international collaboration and cooperation, and improving the supporting rule system.
He also pointed out that the construction of a digital trust system is a long-term project that cannot be separated from the coordinated efforts of governments, international organizations, industry institutions, and academia.

Jiang Xiaojuan, a professor at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and director of the Economic and Trade Policy Expert Advisory Committee of the Ministry of Commerce, said that “the global economic and trade division of labor, digital technology, and international regulatory rules are undergoing systematic changes.” The cross-border e-commerce industry must actively adapt to the development trend of globalization, proactively adapt to the horizontal division of labor and competition situation, make good use of AI intelligent technology, and forge flexible distributed supply chains to inject lasting momentum into the high-quality development of my country’s foreign trade.

Vice President of the China Association for Trade in Services, co-founder and CEO of Mengkai Technology Group, calmly believes that traditional public domain e-commerce traffic costs are high, and the “invest first and then convert” model has intensified business pressure and industry price involution. The industrial belt faces problems such as products without brands, thin OEM profits, and a disconnect between production and sales.
The B2R private e-commerce distribution model with store owner trust as the core has opened up the value closed loop of the manufacturing end, distribution end, and consumer end, reshaping the growth logic of the industrial belt.

At the meeting, the “China Cross-border E-commerce Annual Development Report” was officially released.
This report is based on the new pattern of global trade and the new changes in digital technology, comprehensively sorting out the development trend of global cross-border e-commerce, and deeply dissecting the innovation achievements of China’s cross-border e-commerce chain and the development status of business entities.
At the same time, the report predicts the future opportunities and challenges of the industry, and provides systematic decision-making suggestions from three dimensions: macro, industry, and enterprise, providing an authoritative reference for the high-quality development of the industry.

Liu Ruoyu, global partner and senior vice president of Xingyun Group, released the group standard “Cross-border E-Commerce Supply Chain Management Specifications” at the meeting.
The standard closely follows the cross-border e-commerce supply chain network collaboration, digital intelligence-driven, resilience-first, green and low-carbon development trends, covering the entire supply chain, all participating entities, and all business scenarios, taking into account practical implementation, compliance risk control and sustainable development, forming a full-chain management specification with a complete system, clear rules, implementability, and verification.

According to analysis by industry insiders, this conference is authoritative, forward-looking and practical, bringing together economic and trade entities from all walks of life around the world, revitalizing high-quality resources in cross-border industries, and launching a series of precise supply and demand docking activities and long-term cross-border strategic cooperation.
It comprehensively complements the ecological shortcomings of the entire cross-border e-commerce industry chain, deepens Sino-foreign industrial interoperability, resource sharing, and market interconnection, continues to consolidate the development advantages of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cross-border e-commerce industry cluster, leads the national cross-border e-commerce industry to improve quality, efficiency, transformation and upgrading, and lays a solid foundation for the high-level opening up of my country’s digital trade to the outside world.
