The industry chain is showing characteristics of deep integration between supply chain and solutions, the Xiaomi ecosystem continues to expand, and the number of brands in the smart health field is steadily increasing. Data shows that the domestic smart home market is estimated to reach 563.18 billion yuan, with continuous improvement in the layout of subdivided categories and significant achievements in the construction of integrated channels. The launch of the annual innovative product ranking has further stimulated the industry’s innovation vitality and injected new momentum into market development. The presentation clarified four strategic development paths for smart homes in 2025, providing clear guidance for the industry. The deep integration path, represented by Haier’s Three-Winged Bird, focuses on the deep integration of intelligent control and home appliance systems, achieving autonomous device collaboration through whole-house customization; the full-scene collaboration path, led by the HarmonyOS system, focuses on seamless cross-device collaboration to create an integrated whole-house smart experience; the ecosystem-wide accessibility path relies on a full-price-range product matrix, using high cost-effectiveness to quickly bring smart homes into ordinary households; and the vertical field specialization path focuses on product innovation and system stability, accelerating market penetration through localized service delivery and channel partner cooperation.
Technological iteration will become the core driving force of the smart home industry in 2025.
